I requested an upgrade to my Airtel WiFi plan to include Airtel TV and installation of the set-top box. It has been over 10 days, and despite calling customer support 6 times, the issue remains unresolved.
Every time I contact support, I am assured that the request will be completed within 24 hours, but nothing happens. To make matters worse, Airtel assigned an installation engineer who apparently left the company over a year ago. This clearly shows a lack of coordination and outdated records within their system.
As a paying customer, I expect better service and accurate communication. Instead, I have wasted my time repeatedly following up with no progress or accountability.
Airtel needs to improve its customer support process, maintain accurate technician records, and stop making promises that it cannot keep. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend Airtel based on the service I have received.
