We shipped our dog to Canada and PassportForPets was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Our dog arrived safe and well. Fantastic staff, very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend them.

Sarah from Airsupply Shipping Agents was our representative, when our fur babies (2 x cats) landed at Heathrow from South Africa. She kept us updated regarding the progress of their clearance and beyond. Sarah was compassionate and totally understood how important our two babies are to us.

My Ginger (Hungarian Vizsla) arrived safely in Singapore over the weekend and we are very pleased with the whole process of getting her here from the UK. From the moment I began my research in taking my 2 cat children from London to Jersey in the Channel Islands, I received prompt replies from the agents, with detailed quotes. I have just shipped over my dog Shilo from Australia. It's been particularly tough at this time to have been able to arrange to get him here, but the team at Air Supply Shipping Agents were fantastic. From the initial phone call I made to find out about it the team made me feel really comfortable that Shilo would be in great hands. A brilliant and friendly service. We were stuck for 3 months in a prolonged lockdown in Crete and it was not possible for us to drive across Europe with our 2 dogs to get back to the UK. Passport for Pets handled the repatriation of our dogs from Scotland to South Africa. Our move took place during the Covid-19 pandemic and we faced many challenges with travel plans being changed at short notice, but Passport for Pets handled everything and made sure that our precious cargo made it back to South Africa. There were also challenges with regard to the blood tests required for dogs moving to South Africa, but they communicated with APHA and our Vet during the whole process to make sure that the Export Health Permits were in order. We dealt mostly with Katherine Gibson who was very supportive throughout the whole process.
