I chose a parking lot based on price and location. When I clicked on my choice, I learned the low price was for valet parking. There was a higher-priced option for self-park. I chose self-park because I didn't want somebody else driving my vehicle, nor did I want to leave my key.

Upon arrival at the lot, I was told to leave my vehicle, with the key in it. I explained that I wanted to self-park my vehicle. The lot said they didn't have self-park. I explained I paid extra for self-park. The lot attendant then directed me to talk to the office staff. The office staff was confused by the options once I handed them my reservation confirmation, and said, "Oh, it was Airport Parking" and told me they didn't have self-parking. They had me pay the rest of what I supposedly owned after paying a deposit on the Airport Parking site, and ultimately allowed me to park my own vehicle, in the space they told me to park, which was blocking another vehicle, and they required me to leave the key in case the other vehicle was claimed before my return, so they could move it.

Next time, I'll use another nearby lot that I know has self-parking, charges basically what I paid, doesn't require me to leave a key and I'll go directly to their site instead of using AirportParking.com.

First time I used them and was pleased with rhe servace. Waited less than 5 minures for pickup when we returmed.

Gold Coast Parking FLL is the WORST parking experience I have ever had. The driver that was supposed to pick us up didn't tell us where to meet him, then ignored my calls when I tried to call him back. We had to use a different phone number to get him to answer. To purposely ignore a call at a business is totally wrong.

This place is dangerous. First of all, they advertise they have a shuttle with shuttle hours but they do not honor those hours. Second, your car is not protected from the environment as it may crammed in a lot with piles of debris or it may be left on the curb outside the business next to debris.
First time that I used the company I had to convince the desk attendant to take me to the airport. He said point blank that we do not have a shuttle because of Covid. This was not true. On my return I was picked up in a Honda Odyssey by the attendant and his family (3 kids and wife). The driver and I had mask on but no one else did. Every light on the Odyssey dash board was illuminated (check engine, brake light, seatbelt, etc). The headlights only worked if the brights were on. It was night time on the freeway. I didn't feel safe with him.
The second time I used this company the attendant would not pick me up and told me to take a cab to his business despite their last shuttle pickup being advertised for 11 p.m. (listed on the website). My flight arrived at 10:25 p.m. This was too late for the attendant. I arrived at the lot office at 11:30 pm and called the attendant as instructed by him. He told me he left already but that I could find my keys under a piece of wood placed on my cars hood. There will not be a third time renting from this business. Tell anyone you know to stay away. The place is unprofessional and dangerous.

Service received when parking and when coming for my car were both outstanding. I got in during parking in the early hours and came at almost midnight, staff were polite, shuttle was prompt, and had no negatives to complain about. I think fees are reasonable if you get a coupon to bring it down a little.
