Excellent customer service
Excellent service from Airportcars Gatwick on a journey from Worthing to Gatwick. The driver was friendly and professional and arrived at my hotel ahead of time which was great. The car was very comfortable and pristine inside. I shall certainly use the company again. The booking process the day before was very straightforward.
All in all, excellent customer service - thank you!

Great taxi company
Great taxi company! We’d been let down by Uber, and Airport Cars thankfully had a taxi available. Reasonable cost to get home (especially at 1am!) and a really friendly taxi driver. Thank you so much.

Dear Andrew, thanks for your feedback, some passengers prefer to travel in silence after a long flight so the driver was likely respecting this. I am sure that he didn't wish to appear rude, but apologies for this.
