Arrived with plenty of time…but
Arrived with plenty of time, as per other reviews no spaces in T3 multi-storey car park.
Drove up and down all levels looking for a space, some people had just abandoned their cars in the thoroughfare of the car park meaning we couldn’t get through and had to reverse down some rows.
Reversing down an up ramp, just what you need to get you in the mood for your holiday.
Cars abandoned had been scraped and dented.
Thoughts of having to leave and book something else, it was car-nage….
Followed a couple pulling a case to then trail them to their car and space after 40 distressing minutes, never again, stop being so greedy, stop overselling.
Never using T3 multi-storey again, not worth the stress and earache…..
Sickening extortion
Sickening extortion, a 50% increase on the exact same carpark for the exact same time as someone else who booked slightly earlier. I understand that airline tickets fluctuate due to supply and demand, but parking charges? This is extortion of the worst kind and it's supposed to be a crime, so how are the getting away with this? The parking has gone us so much it's almost half the cost of my flight. Sickening extortion. There's no economic factor that could justify this other than to profiteer.
Multistory T3 is the worst parking ever - avoid!!
Entry to the terminal 3 multi story car park at Manchester Airport was no problem as the barrier lifted automatically. However I drove my car around the car park for some 30 minutes, going from level to level in search of a vacant parking space. Cars were parked everywhere! Several were dented or scratched as they had parked in really tight spots or unmarked spots. Their holidays will be ruined on their return. There were a number of cars in the car park cruising round apparently having the same difficulty. My wife and I became increasingly anxious as the minutes passed. Much to the dismay of other drivers following me around the levels I eventually found one after 40 minutes. I had pre booked and paid for this facility. Is it too much to expect that we would find a car parking space available upon our entry to the car park? No visible on site management of the facility and no one to ask for help. I'll not be using this car park again. I'd score it zero, not one, if that were possible. I will NEVER use this car park or BCP again.
Terminal 3 multistory last week as…
Terminal 3 multistory last week was dreadful, double parked and couldn't even drive around as blocked with cars. Some car had damage (own fault for leaving them not in a space) and it took me 30 mins to find a space.
Cars not in bays should be towed and charged!
I had prebooked so didnt expect as cars should be allowed to enter or spaces not oversold!
Not secure
Paid over £100 for two nights parking bwgining august only to find my car had been ransacked and items being stolen. My car was directly under the cctv cameras. I told the security team before leaving and they advised me to request cctv. Now in September I have only just had a reply to say that it would breach data protection so they will not hand over the cctv. Very strange. Will not be using again
Manchester Airport Drop and Go Parking
I booked the car parking at Drop and Go through a search engine as a last minute parking solution due to booking a long weekend away also last minute between the 25th to the 28th August.
The whole mechanism for parking is easy, convenient and well thought out. Directions to the car park are easy to follow; I arrived at 3am and were met by a member of staff who directed me to park in Lane 4 of what resembles channel lanes similar to a ferry. I parked up the car, unpacked my luggage and then went immediately through to the reception where a member of staff guided me through the check in process which is completed through an easy step process on a screen. Once that was complete I handed in the car key and received a ticket to use on my return date. The whole process from arriving at the car park to booking in took 5 minutes if that.
After checking in I waited outside for the bus which took me to Terminal 2, even at 3am I did not wait more than 10 minutes for the bus to arrive.
I was unfortunately caught up in the air traffic control delays which meant that there was a 24 hour delay in returning to Manchester. I phoned the reception and explained the situation and asked if there was anything I needed to do - not only were the staff incredibly helpful about telling me not to worry and that the car would be waiting for me when I returned (the next day), they also waived the extra day's payment due to the circumstances.
When I returned to Manchester I waited approximately10 minutes for the bus to take me from Terminal 2 back to the car park. On my return I scanned the ticket and collected the car key from a designated locker (the scanner tells you the area and locker number to collect from). After collecting the key it was returned with a label that tells you the zone colour and row number that your car is on. All you have to do is then walk to said zone and row and collect your car.
The whole process from start to finish was second to none, easy to navigate, and convenient. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the good will gesture of not having to pay for the additional parking due to the air traffic control issue was really well received, especially after the delays and subsequent costs that came with being delayed.
Thank you to the staff team for going the extra mile on that day.
Recommended without hesitation. I will absolutely use again.
Terminal three multi storey
Terminal three multi storey , over crowded ended up on the top top floor with only a few spaces left. Expensive and lift out of operation when we got home so had to carry cases upstairs.
Why would they care though the place is full.
What analmighty cock up
What analmighty cock up. Who designed the new parking arrangements at terminal 2, they should be fired. The signage to the pickup area is far from clear, it is vague to say the least, the car park exit route is a complete joke, congested and confusing. The best advice is don't go there if at all possible.
Blue badge holder
Blue badge holder. Phoned the day before. Told if I'm travelling give my badge to the person dropping me off. They then show it to operative at barrier who will let them out without charge. In reality this did not happen. My daughter dropped me off. Tried to tell them at barrier, but was still charged £5. Phone numbers to complain engaged 24/7 because they don't want to speak . Complaint emails ignored. Absolute disgrace. Money grabbing execs. Gone cheap with Ryanair, easyjet etc and now determined to make money from the motorist to replace landing fees
Disappointed with Meet and Greet T1 service
Left my car for Meet and Greet service at Terminal 1, usual service, easy drop off and pick up. Always used this service and never complained. After my experience on 1st of July 2023, that's when I picked my car after 2 weeks on holiday, I will think twice whether to leave my car there or get a taxi service. When I came to my car, I realised that doors were unlocked. What I found inside was a shock: everything out of the side and middle pocket and the glove box, thrown around all over. 15 pounds in coins gone, I only used them for parking. Back seat down, so obviously some boy racer tested my sub for loudness. When I complained, the response I received was that in terms and conditions it says not to leave valuables, there were no fr.....g valuables, the fact is that my car was a mess inside, absolutely shocking! So please be careful, think twice before leaving your car there; and if you do, make sure you take pictures of the car inside and outside.

Don't use Ezybook Airport Parking
For a family holiday, I recently used Ezybook Airport Parking since when I searched, the price was cheap and the service looked. But after I received the booking confirmation email, I wondered if I have made the right decision since I was told that I needed to pay an extra £6 for the car to leave the car park and another £6 when I exit the car park. If I want to cancel the booking, then a £15 admin fee will be charged! The worst are:
1) When we arrived at the car park, we waited for 15 minutes for someone to pick up the car and he asked for another £10 since my car is an SUV (but still just uses one parking space);
2) When we returned, we waited for 30 minutes for the car to arrive (there was another family waiting for their car from this company as well, not just me)!
We had to call them many times and the service was extremely poor. Such a company should not be allowed to operate. Don't book with them.
Paid over £100 to park for 4 days at T1…
Paid over £100 to park for 4 days at T1 multi story car park. Parked on level 9 and had our car broken into causing damage and also stole anything they could get their hands on. Car now stinks of weed and I can see from others reviews this is not the first time this has happened!! Think very carefully before paying to park here… this car park is not safe and the police and Manchester airport are not one bit interested
Parked my car at Manchester Airport
Parked my car at Manchester Airport, with parking4u . The day a dropped it off the guy was 50 minutes late, and when I hot back from my holiday they were one hour and 30 minutes late. When u ring them to ask how long it will be for them to drop your off at airport they say 20 minutes ends more like a hour. Make sure you check mileage before you go and come back and check your body work. Will never use them again. They not polite at all. My car was damaged .
DISGRACEFUL SERVICE
DISGRACEFUL SERVICE, worst airport car parking service I’ve ever had, and I’m a regular flyer for my work. Meet and greet, more like pay and hope they turn up. 6am meeting and they came at 6.25am, on return I rang from passport control area as instructed on my contract, I was told I had to go to a different terminal than I booked ( not happy to say the least) after 45 MINUTES I rang them and they said it will be there shortly, I asked how long shortly meant and he said whenever and hung up the phone me, another 20 minutes went by and I then threatened to call the police.another 15 minutes before my car was returned.
Highly recommend Manchester VIP meet and greet for airport parking
We used Manchester VIP meet and greet parking. Can only give an amazing review. We had the chauffeur meet us straight away at T2 no waiting at all. Then they were so quick bringing our car back to T2 for us we walked out the doors after collecting bags and our car was there waiting. Will definitely use this company again as very impressed. Thankyou !
After using meet and Greet at T3
After using meet and Greet at T3, I discovered it took them 24 mins to bring my car back from their compound which was 3.6 miles away? but 12 mins to take and 2.8 miles on my departure! their answer was busy traffic pffft. So beware it could add nearly an 1hr of your fuel use to your car using them. couldn't get into my car either as badly parked next to cars on either side, very poor uncaring service, and defensive attitude when questioned about it all. never again is the only answer!
Avoid at all cost got car back Damaged…
Avoid at all cost got car back Damaged informed staff at time who took photos at time have now been told car was damaged buy a 3rd party not by there staff even though it was scanned on way in with no damage because they say its a 3rd party they are not responsible we will be arguing about this one in court
I was charged twice on my credit card…
I was charged twice on my credit card before the barrier would open.
Two months later and many emails to customer services I still don't have a refund.
Drop and go. No thanks.
This was the first time I've used drop and go. We had early flight out and late flight home
Bus going out was a shambles no organisation whatsoever.
Coming back we had to wait 15 minutes for the bus at 1am. When we got to the lockers there was no one to help us. Had we had a problem with our ticket we would have been stuck, no emergency number, no staff. Not what you need after a long day. If you're flying in the day it may be OK but arriving back early hours it was awful
