Flight delay claim not dealt with for 4 months - still out of pocket
I wrote to the CEO of Air France as well as KLM as after 4 months of exchanging emails with their customer care team, several phone calls to their customer service (which phone line I can no longer get through to) where I was promised prompt action but nothing happened in reality, submitting the same information time and time again via email and via the claims portal, I am still out of pocket for expenses and hotel costs due to a 24 hour flight delay. I was even threatened by one of the advisors that the claim will be closed if I do not submit the required information - which I have several times to ensure they have it. My 3 travelling companions have received their compensation months ago. The issue with my claim was, that I got married not long before our trip and some of my documents were still under my maiden name (these things take time), however I have provided all the documents they requested. No reply from customer services or anyone else. The poorest of service I have ever received from a company. disgraceful and they will never get my business ever again.
