The Agile Change Agent Course provided valuable techniques and approaches for driving benefits led changes in any context. The course was well supported beforehand, during each of the two days and for the exam itself.

Melanie a great course leader and is someone who brings demonstrable industry expertise.

A little more discussion time and interactivity would have attained 5 stars.

I recently completed the Change Management Practitioner course, under the amazing instruction from Mel. This course has given me not only the skills to be a practitioner, but it has also given me the confidence to practice change management. It was a truly amazing course, well worth undertaking.

Melanie is a true professional. She has an ability to explain things so they just make sense. I never thought I would enjoy an online, self-paced learning program so much.

Did what it said on the tin! Good job, and appreciate very much the end result.

The agile change management course is ideal for those looking for a different approach to managing change, or just beginning a role in change management. Melanie is expert at providing understanding of the material, and introducing exercises which reinforced the learning really well. I enjoyed the interaction of the virtual classroom. The ability to share experiences added a further enjoyable element to the overall course.

The course preparation was well organised and the right amount and definitely helped me hit the ground running. The pace was good and kept me on my toes - I definitely prefer too fast then too slow. Knowledge, experience, energy and enthusiasm all very impressive! Will take time to process everything but will definitely put things into practice immediately.

Melanie was brilliant, easy to follow and genuinely interested in the group's input and thoughts. The course was really informative, packed with change management theory and lots of practical steps and techniques for us all to apply to our change programmes. It was also fun and very collaborative - leading by example! Thank you and I would highly recommend it to everyone interested in leading or participating in a successful, well thought through and robust change process.

I would highly recommend this course if you're interested in change. Melanie made everyone on the course feel incredibly welcome and at ease and delivered the course in a really comprehensive way.

The content of the course is relevant and delivered in a way that will really help you apply it to real life situations.

Thoroughly recommended

Melanie is an expert in change management and has a lot to offer. When Melanie answered questions from participants, you can tell she has good insights to share.

But this course was a disappointment for me:
- The content was not up to date (a standard of change management should surely include more modern thinking and insights from neuroscience and not rely mostly on 20th century foundations).
- It was aimed at getting us to pass the exams (not at increasing our understanding of change management).
- And it consisted mostly of listening to Melanie explaining the content we had already processed in the pre-course assignments. Consultancy teaching style, not facilitating adult learning.
- Where we got to do exercises, they were too simplistic and not inviting the wealth of experience of the participants. Too bad, because she brought together and interesting group of people.

I will certainly continue to read Melanies books and other contributions to the field of change management. I respect her for that. And if you are looking for passing the APMG exams, this course will make sure you get the certificate. But sadly it won't make you a better change management practitioner.

Great course with many practical tips to apply at the workplace. I particularly enjoyed reading the course book which is very well thought out, structured, with a logical flow that one can easily follow. The content in the book becomes all the more valuable by Melanie's teaching style which manages to keep delegates' attention and highlights the key themes within the book.
Overall, a great book and course highly recommended not only to change professionals but to programme/ project professionals as well!

The course was highly informative and engaging. All the relevant portions from the exam perspective were covered. Moreover, practical aspects of the concepts learned were also discussed and explained. Melanie also shares a lot of examples from her own years of experience in the field. This gives a better understanding of how to approach a change in different organisational settings. The sessions were interactive with several breakout sessions to work on activities with different coursemates. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to gain knowledge in Agile Change Methodologies.

Melanie is a super trainer, who knows her material backwards (and created much of it), and reassures attendees with her guidance. She brings it all to life with examples from her progressional experience and takes a real interest in everyone who attends her courses.

Excellent course, flow of the two days was easy to follow and the course content and sample questions really helped get you into exam mode

I recently change position and I took a change management role. I know the basic priciples but this course change my life. And it's really interactive and in the same time! And Melanie gives such great insight in day to day situations, real life use cases. It's been life changing for me! Totally recommend!

Second course with Melanie Franklin. And so valuable. It helped that Melanie’s work encourages great people to join and being online means that my fellow delegates were from across the world. Very practical with plenty of simple tools and techniques to use. Recommended. Well worth the time and investment. I am a PMO Lead and have taken away lots to enhance what I do with my clients.

Attended a two-day Agile Change Agent course delivered by Melanie. Highly recommended. Melanie is an excellent trainer, with lots of knowledge and experience to answer all questions. Make sure you complete your pre-reading and review at the end of each session to follow the rapid pace and to pass the exam.

Generally excellent course although quite fast paced. Main negative for me was not being able to acquire details of my exam results so I could understand which parts of the ACM concepts I hadn't fully understood and allow me to spend more time learning about those concepts/elements. I did pass but expected to do better :-)
