I requested AGA to deliver my item to a different address from my billing address, however when order confirmation arrived the delivery address was entered as the billing address. A telephone call corrected this anomaly!!!

I placed an order and waited for it to arrive, 7 days later it hadn’t so I contacted Aga customer service to see where it was … I got a response days later to state the address had been incomplete however they had managed to take payment! I would have chased the customer to get the correct information . Once the second order arrived upon the first use it shattered into 3 . I contacted customer service where I was met with indifference and an explanation that it maybe thermal shock … which I promptly dispelled . It was not a positive customer service experience and certainly not one where the customer is always right and valued … Aga was a brand built on top quality and reliability this sadly is no longer the case

A reliable range of textiles
I find your kitchen textiles to be very good quality, your oven gloves are a good style, some others are too bulky and I can't pick up things safely.

The service from the person I spoke to…
The service from the person I spoke to was fine, but only getting a £20 reduction on a £100 pan was very disappointing, when it was clearly a design issue was not great, and I had only had the pans less than 20 years, also the problem started only a few years after purchase, but unfortunately had got rid of the invoice during Covid. I hope that this design is no longer in production because it would be a shame for people to be disappointed in a product as good as Aga.

My old set of pots were 30 years old they were well used So now I got new set of pans. I am glad they are with handle so easy to use. They are best for my AGA cooker. I will recommend to every one to use these pot which are best.
