Hello there AfriSight. Why do you always ignore my raised issues? Is AfriSight still alive really? Kindly check why when I try to top-up my line with airtime via Sochitel keeps saying 'successful ' but nothing has happened?
This isn't the first time raising this question but you keep on ignoring me.
Kindly, it's my right to be given my earnings no matter how little it's.

Good day afrisight. We entered April not long ago and I still cannot withdraw my earnings,i emailed cint customer service and also afrisight customer service and still nothing has been done about it. Since last year I was patient thinking after the migration to the new account everything was going to be fine but no my earnings keep hoarding and there's no way I can withdraw,because there will always be a prompt saying I have exceeded what I'm supposed to withdraw within the month. I have written so many reviews here and that's even worse. No proper replies they are always requesting for my details knowing very well that there's nothing they will do about it. Terrible site, terrible customer service,terrible people , terrible everything. I have more than twenty dollars in the account and I can't even touch just because some people refused to do their work well. Very disappointed

I've been using this survey sight for years, definitely worth my time although recently I'm experiencing issues with the airtime withdrawals.
Trying to withdraw with sochitel is a headache, it just says successful but doesn't work.Support is basically not working. This is the second time I'm trying to withdraw, and to be honest the first time was relatively easy but maybe it's because it was before they upgraded to this new site. Would love if this can be worked on.
