Part arrived quickly, was much cheaper than on amazon too! Fits well as you'd expect for a genuine part.

I have been a coffee 'addict' for over fifty years. I've tried all types and forms of coffee. I've got a Nespresso pod machine, a Lidl espresso maker. I've had a Tassimo Bosch pod machine, a filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto pod machine. Since buying my first Aeropress five years ago I've been drinking 95% of my coffee with it. It is definitely the smoothest and most delicious coffee ever. A lot cheaper than using pod machines, though it takes a bit longer to brew the coffee....it is well worth it.

Ordered an Aeropress Go, from their UK website, on 30/9/20. Arrived 3/10/20.

Outer packing was intact. Inner packaging was open, and squashed. The Aeropress Go was working, and unscathed, so I thought no more of it.

My Aeropress Go came with a small filter holder containing 20, or so, paper filters. It was only afterwards, upon reading the UK website, that I should’ve received an additional 350 paper filters, which I did not receive.

Remiss, but I did not retain the invoice that came with the Aeropress Go. If I had known that 350 paper filters were missing, and that I would come across Kate, Customer Services, via email communication, I would’ve kept the invoice.

Basically, Kate , with all of my identity details cannot trace my order. I must’ve purchased a fake, a copy, she opines. Nor does the Aeropress Go come with a small paper filter holder, cry’s Kate. The inference being I am lying, and trying to extort paper filters, to the tune of £7, from Aeropress. As if!!

As I concede, remiss not to have retained my invoice. Even so, customer is clearly not king, at Aeropress. To that end, I have again emailed Kate with a photo of the small paper filter holder that came with my order, a snapshot of both my PayPal invoice, and Royal Mail detailed tracking, the latter should prove, inconclusively, that I have purchased an authentic Aeropress Go, bereft of 350 paper filters. I await the next move, and inference, from Kate, in due course.

Furthermore, the Aeropress Uk website, states the wrong email address (enquiries@aeropress), and a link to a Twitter account that appears to have been dormant for years. Communication, and it’s effectiveness, let alone customer satisfaction, are not Aeropress greatest achievements.

The actual Aeropress Go, and it’s coffee? Cannot say, notwithstanding the poor customer experience, I am overwhelmed, to be honest.

Had an Aeropress bought for me 18 months ago. Sceptical as I knew it was a fraction of the price of my Nespresso - on my third upgrade (Vertuo) now, in terms of "machine" and coffee combined. Took me a while to even take it out of the box, but I was sold on it within weeks. Yes, it's perfect to take on holiday, but I'm now cutting right back on my pods, as the taste of the variety of coffees I've used in Aeropress is superior.

My favourite method of getting coffee into me - I prefer it to anything else at home, or any coffee shops. Amazing customer service too - they resolved a small issue ridiculously quickly.

Not only is the AeroPress a fantastic coffeemaker, but their customer service is lightyears ahead of most companies!
