I have used my Aeroband MIDI Guitar daily for over a year now. I love it and the customer service for me has been really good, like I get an answer the next day or sooner sometimes. Each update seems to make things work a little better and the update they just did, gives you a lot more onboard instrument possibilities although the software updates are a bit "Clunky" to install and could be thought out better for those who are not very computer literate. I really like the little sound fix they made where a strum doesn't stop abruptly and rings out completely like a real instrument would. Sound is really good now. The Dual tone mode is nice, it gives you a fuller sound with a "backup" piano or electric piano playing along. I'm sure more backup instruments are coming from them. After playing with the given Drum loops they offer, I must say there are many more, but they seem to have removed the other ones that I thought were really good. I don't like the news ones. They are just weird, but don't get me wrong, this is a fantastic instrument and I love it! I like how this thing evolves over time.
This Aeroband MIDI Guitar has brought back the joy of performing. My painful arthritic hands were keeping me from playing along with my band. I have found some interesting techniques to quickly program for the next song while the guys prepare. Yeah some "purists" find it offensive to have something like this but I think they are just jealous. This company gets back to me within a day or two when I question something. My only worry is what happens if they quit supporting software someday, are we S.O.L.? I have seen a work around for this possibility online, but it means you cannot update the computer or you lose it as I understand it. So far so good.
Some things to fix:
I would like it if they would allow for an Eb in the EasyChord software because I have sometimes used all my "D's" and it won't let me program an Eb configuration so that's somewhat annoying. Also, I used to like the feature on EasyChord the background color for the Chord letters were colored because it was easier to associate it with the colors on the guitar fret indicators on the neck.
Also I have noticed that the EasyChord strings when programmed for an "F" chord and some other chords as well, Aeroband plays an "E" on low E string which is not in an "F" chord, it should program an "F" there. I noticed that problem elsewhere in other chords, and tried to research it online to see if I am crazy, it seems the "E" is sometimes left in when people play because they have trouble omitting that string 6 but that's really a dumb excuse. Another thing is the software updates are a bit clunky and challenging if you are not as computer literate. Yes, not perfect but this thing has been an absolute joy for me to be lead singer in gigs and play along as well. Again, Thanks Aeroband for bringing back this joy to me.

Whether I’m looking to experiment with new sounds or just want a hassle-free practice session, the feature set is truly mind-blowing. I couldn't be happier with the purchase; it has successfully bridged the gap between cutting-edge technology and the joy of making music. I've gotta say Thanks Aeroband it's an awesome product.

The Aeroband guitar has renewed my enthusiam. No getting it in tune before playing.
I had a concern that one string sounded flat so emailled support. They responded quickly and when I didn't answer them, they contacted me again.
Issue was resolved first time.

This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life of 46 years. I bought this as a present for my son for Christmas and it did not turn out to be what he expected so I contacted them and they sent me a label to return the item and it was invalid as I tried to send back the very next day. They then would not respond to emails and would randomly send generic emails saying we’re sorry why haven’t you returned the product yet? And beg you to keep the guitar saying we will refund you 50% of the cost to keep it. Tragic! It took me 4 months of emails to banks trading standards to get my money back and return the product and I have only been made to feel by this company that it’s my fault. They’re full of apologies that mean absolutely nothing. Do not buy anything from this company unless you want a complete headache and be out of pocket. Look at their other reviews! Im sure they will reply to this that I was at fault, but who wants to keep somthing worth £320 sat in a box they don’t want for 4 months to get their money back? Absolutely no one! If you do buy from them, I wish you all the best, but you have been warned. Also for all the inconvenience, it cost me money to get my money back. Good luck 🫣

Amazing customer service, ready, precise, trustable. My aeroband guitar stop to work, I just drop a mail and they supported and followed up until the problem was completely solved. I really appreciate the service and now enjoy my guitar.

I have been playing guitar for some 65 years now. I have a classical acoustic guitar, a 12 String Höfner I bought in bought in Amsterdam back in 1971, and an electric solid body guitar. I saw the AeroBand Guitar demonstrated on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I was absolutely delighted with the design and quality of the guitar and of the case it came with. The sound of each mode of the guitar is great, and the long battery life is appreciated. The plug in microphone is also great with the ability to add echo to enhance my singing voice.
I decided in March 2026, to order 2 packs of replacement strings just in case I broke a string and would be stuck waiting for a replacement. I ordered them on 8th March and USPS claimed delivery on 13 March. However they never arrived (USPS later admitted a misdelivery that couldn’t be recovered).
I contacted Both AeroBand and USPS, with the following results:
USPS investigated, reported an unrecoverable misdelivery, then simply apologised and closed my enquiry.
AeroBand reshipped (With no charge) 2 sets of strings on 17 March and this time had a successful delivery on 23 March. What wonderful customer service, not expected these days.
I have been most impressed with the AeroBand brand in general. Thank you AeroBand for everything.

Not only is the AeroBand guitar awesome, the customer service is just as great! I found slight cracks in the LED light strip. After I contacted customer service, within two weeks I received a replacement neck at no cost. More than expected and greatly appreciated.

Just terrible. The drum sticks wouldn't calibrate. My kid's Christmas wasn't what I wanted. I've been calling and emailing ever since I couldn't fix the sticks and can't afford anything to replace my kid's gift. They've had me go back to the post office for a tracking number! Did it, all good, right? Wasn't good enough. Then they wanted pics of a product I sent back a month ago. Forget these folks, and let them know who's to blame for a bad Christmas. It was aeroband, not daddy.

I was given a pocket drum 2 by my wife as a gift. Unfortunately the adapter was faulty and I couldn’t get it to work. I got in touch with the helpdesk and they responded within a few hours. Immediately offered to send me a new adapter and I should receive it in a few days. Very happy with the level of customer service

I play guitar for more than 50 years but for MIDI I had to use a keyboard. The Aeroband guitar is not only a great midi controller for guitarists but also a great guitar to take with you with the multiple inbuild sounds and speaker.
You don´t need a capo to play along because of the full octave up and down.
I had contact with the support department for a minor thing. Their response is quick and thoroughly.
