Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service - I ordered the wrong product online and had to email them to request a change. They phoned quickly and were so knowledgeable....I felt as though I was back in the days of true customer service! Talking to a real person who understands their products - a breath of fresh air!

This company was great highly recommend
This company was great. I ordered the mute clip furring channels 2.4. Firstly they were reasonably priced. Secondly they had the 2.4 length. Thirdly, the delivery cost was only £10, which is uncommon for a load that long. All other companies wanted £75+ just for delivery! I ordered Wednesday night and it was delivered Friday morning. Fantastic service. I will be using again when I do the dinning room in a month or two.

On time delivery
On time delivery. Product did not perform as expected, all reviews on the product page were very positive. I requested but was not permitted to add my own product review which would have provided a more balanced view, therefore I conclude that the company is dishonest in its marketing.

We’ve checked our records and we haven’t received any prior message from you requesting help with leaving a product review.

Problems with Delivery Process
It was quite a battle to receive the delivery. It was initially shipped and delivered to a different location. However, the person I spoke to from tAdvance Acoustic was very helpful, and I appreciate that support.
The second part of the delivery was left outside the main door in the rain. My neighbour, who lives on the ground floor, informed me that instead of buzzing the door, the driver left the package outside despite the weather.
I can’t comment on the quality of the materials yet, but I do wish they would consider working with different delivery companies in the future.

In December, the delivery arrived swiftly. The items were securely packaged. The product matched the description perfectly. Pricing was excellent, and the delivery fee was quite fair. Absolutely satisfied!
