I tried this for one month - and boy what a difference I felt and even more so this month without it. I genuinely felt like I had more energy and my period was certainly less painful. The cacao was my favourite sachet however all were sachets were easy to drink - and convenient to transfer. As mentioned I’m really feeling it this month without it so will be ordering some more!

I am 41 and started to experience extreme perimenopause symptoms. Anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, memory issues, joint pain, exhaustion, etc. I started to research what supplements could help. The amount of products out there is confusing, but this cut through the noise for me and I was so impressed. I've been taking Harmony for about 2 months and have had dramatic improvements! I’ve been taking the lions mane since last August so quite a while now, I mix with coconut milk and cacao powder in the morning and the difference in myself I’ve noticed is amazing, I’m more productive, happier focused on what needs doing.
I’m experiencing peri menopause symptoms and this does help at times, I would like to try the harmony but it’s out of my price range at the moment.

I started using Freedom about 6 months ago. My mood was so up and down and I had really low moods at times. I was struggling to sleep and was told by the GP the only thing I could do was to go on anti-depressants - which I didn't want to do. I decided to try Freedom. Have been suffering with menopausal symptoms fir a few years after having a hysterectomy.

A-MAZ-ING!!!!! Just blown away by how incredible the Freedom product is. I am not new to medicinal mushrooms nor functional nutrition yet I have never experienced such rapid and effective results. Good product and seems to improve my mood, energy levels and sleep, hence I am on my second tub. I take Freedon powder, it is a strange taste and takes some getting used to. I have tried many ways to take this and find adding to either warm milk or hot chocolate tastes best.
My only complaint is the lid was broken when it arrived and some powder spilled out.

I used this for a full cycle and will definitely continue to do so. After a particularly stressful time I just felt out of balance and my hormonal responses were more dramatic. Using the sachets helped me feel more balanced again and I had a particularly good ovulation - best ovulation time I've had in a while! Also love the ingredients and they are really good quality.

I met these lovely ladies at a local fair and was intrigued when I heard Lions Maine.

I have ADHD and so have heard about LsM a lot and the affects it can have. I do not take medication for my ADHD and have been trying various natural remedies.

The ladies were lovely, explained how they made it and how I could use it. I took a punt a went for it and I'm so glad I did.

When I first took it, I took a small amount and did so a couple of times on odd occasions, it didn't do much BUT then I measured what I could take and started to take that daily.

I now add it once a day in the morning to either; my protein shakes, my special greens blend drink I make or a hot drink like a hot choccy. (I don't drink tea or coffee.)

After a week or two I noticed that I had been feeling great like a cloud had cleared. So great that a few days went by and I realised I hadn't been taking my antidepressants. I then stopped taking my antidepressants and I still feel great now. (I am not advocating for stopping medication and understand you should always talk to a doctor or health professional!)

I feel like a dark weight has been lifted off me. I feel better when I wake up in the morning, I feel I've got more motivation and my mind is clearer. I've written out so many plans and had so much clarity over the last few weeks. It's like my brain has fallen in to order.

It's now even menstruation time and I've had 1-2 days of feeling emotional and that's been it!!

I asked if it was normal to feel it more over time and they said it absolutely can build over time so I'm glad I kept with it!

The ladies Jodie & Paris have always been helpful to answer my questions and talk me through anything.

I'm still a little in shock that I feel this good! I can't wait to see how I feel in a month or two months but it's now a purchase that's part of my medication list!

I’ve been getting brain fog with age and after researching various types, I tried this Lion’s Mane powder. Wow! It has totally improved my memory and concentration. I have been using Harmony to try to improve my cycle and pms symptoms as I have PCOS. So far I've been really impressed with its positive effects. My last few cycles have been more regular and less bloating. I find it easy to take in my morning smoothie and is now part of my morning routine. Will definitely keep using and would recommend.

Have been using Harmony for 2 months now and wouldn’t be without it, I have gone from having serious problems with my mood and sleep (insomnia), brain fog and aches and pains and all of these symptoms have reduced to the point that I am back to exercising pain free. I have been on for a couple months and have been very disappointed that it has done nothing for me .
They really should tell you how disgusting it tastes 🤢 , I've tried it in coconut milk they said coffee, yogurt, porridge but it makes you feel sick. It's lumpy no matter how well you stir it and powdery so it chokes. Not for me .
Also I messaged to say cancel it and they sent another one out which I now have to pay to send back to get a refund 🤔 when you pay £5 for delivery anyway.
