Thank you to all at Actual - Alison in the office was helpful throughout and we could not be more pleased with how stress-free our moving day was.
The removal team worked flat out with good humour, care and determination - moving some large furniture into an awkward cottage - we know was not easy.

From Alison on the Administration side through to the the guys in the removal team, we found them all very helpful, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They did eat all our kitcats though!

Good service, no fuss.

Absolutely fantastic service. We were let down by a competitor and Actual Removals were brilliant from start to finish.

The removals team were fast, friendly and (most importantly) they took really good care of our property.

I would not hesitate to recommend Actual Removals and if I ever move again (hopefully not!!!) I would certainly use them again myself.

Actual packed up my house and removed all my belongings to storage until my new home is ready. All the guys that helped me move were friendly, good humoured, totally respectful and worked really hard, I would definitely reccomend Actual!

I am very impressed with actual removers
They were professional throughout , we had to change our moving date and they rearranged their work load to accommodate .
The guys didn’t stop from the moment they arrived , everything was securely packed and they managed with some tricky sized furniture .
I would highly recommend them

Thank you Actual, you were very quick, efficient and we were very happy with your service.

Great guys all went smoothly would highly recommend them.

Professional, knowledge and price competitive, All round nice people to do business with

This is the second time I have used Actual for my house move.
Brilliant, very friendly from start to finish. I wouldn’t use anyone else. The one part of my house move I could rely on to go smoothly!
Would highly recommend and never use anyone else.

Really helpful team, got on with the job quickly and carefully. Highly recommend!

An amazing team. Arrived before due time and just got on with it. Completely stress-free. Extremely patient too as held up by final completion and collection of keys. I would have no hesitation in recommending Actual to family and friends. Thank you Actual.

The whole moving experience was very good. The three removal guys were very friendly professional and helpful throughout the move. They did everything you would hope for when moving home. I would recommend them to family and friends

The only company that could fit us in at short notice, they arrived on time and loaded and unloaded quickly and professionally, they were a happy bunch who looked like they enjoyed working together. Alison at the office was very helpful and understanding of our predicament regarding exchange and completion which was only a few days. I will definitely use these again - thank you for all your help

I was so impressed with Actual Removals. They fitted us in when no one else could help and the guys were so professional & helpful. We had no issues on the day or breakables. All our furniture & belongings were handled with care. Definitely recommended!

Would highly recommend Actual Removals, made our moving day completely stress free. Very friendly staff, both on the day and in the office.

Actual were actually brilliant! Had lots of problems getting a completion date agreed because my buyers solicitors kept failing to exchange contracts on time but Alison was fantastic and kept moving the date for me and was able to keep me in the loop with their availability, even getting me some extra packing boxes delivered. We eventually got there and on moving day the two guys were equally as brilliant. Everything loaded into the van efficiently and with minimal fuss, they dismantled everything that needed it, from beds, wardrobes and dining table. They took everything for me in the van. I paid the waiting fee waiver in case we over ran and I was glad I did because of yet another delay on the part of the buyers solicitors meant we didn't complete everything until 3pm. The guys got to work straight away and after some issues with the wardrobes which meant they had to take the doors off they eventually left at gone 6pm! Hard working, great customer service and efficient. I cannot recommend the team enough!

Very satisfactory.
Great service and care .
Friendly and helpful.
Move went very smoothly, no damages.

Quick, efficient, polite and very helpful from start to finish and competitively priced. Would recommend them 100%.

A prompt response to our request and a competitive quotation with the survey done via Watts App during lockdown.
Actual Removal did a marvellous job on the day packing up our worldly possessions and removing them to their storage unit while we find a new home. It was a seamless and cheerful operation.
Our storage costs are competitive too.
