The four guys who helped us move house were just brilliant. It was a really stressful time for us leading up to the move, as we had a lot of hiccups along the way and the thought of moving on top of all of the stress beforehand was another added stress for us but the guys arrived at our house very calm and so friendly. We couldn't believe how quick they were with moving all of our boxes and putting them in their van. Nothing was a problem for them. When they delivered all of our belongings to our new home nothing was a problem for them then either. They moved furniture for us if we wanted it put into a different room and one of the young guys even set our television back up for us. They were very professional and so helpful. They certainly made our move a lot easier and stress free. I would recommend them to anyone who is planning on moving and we also want to say that the ladies who took our booking and who we spoke to a few times on the phone leading up to the move were also so very lovely and put us at ease. You have brilliant staff and thank you so much for everything you did for us.
Mr & Mrs Bradley

The whole experience was made so easy, from the quote to moving day everything was explained and done as described.

On the day of the move the team turn up on time as promised and where brilliant, they where great with my kids and let them help before the left for school. The team made short work of the loading the van and we were soon away.

Moving everything back onto the new house was just as efficient and the guys made sure we were happy with everything before they left.

I would highly recommend Actual to anyone, and Steve and his team on the lorry are a credit to the company.

From start to finish my move with Actual could not have gone any better.
The whole team were very professional, polite, courteous and helpful throughout. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

Good experience from beginning to end. The quote was cheapest by a couple of hundred pounds so that’s good. Telephone response was quick and extremely friendly and courteous, and boxes and packing materials were provided really quickly and were decent quality. On removals day the team were careful, polite and friendly, despite it turning out to be a rather long day. It’s the first time I’ve moved and not lost or broken anything 😆

Good from first contact to office to end of removal day. Helpful hard working removal men. Happy and professional.

Very friendly and hard-working people. We were very happy with the service. Thanks again! Anna & Dave

Actual Removals provided us with a fantastic service. From the first contact with Alison and right through to moving day the service was excellent. They supplied all our packing materials promptly and gave us excellent advice on packing. On removal day they arrived promptly and set to work with loading up the lorry. We had a wait to get into our new home but they got on quickly and efficiently once we had the keys. Everything was put in the correct rooms and the beds all put together for us. We really cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you for making our moving day go so smoothly. We would have no hesitation in recommending them. Many thanks - Jason and Angela.

Excellent service. The removal team couldn't of been more helpful and polite. The Office staff also very helpful and friendly. Would recommend 100%.Thank you all, kind regards Andrew and Glynis Turner.

Actual Removal handled our complicated move very well. They moved two households (one in Great Dunmow and the other in central London) into a new house in Thame, 100 miles away) very professionally and most efficiently. Both trucks arrived on time, Actual's personnel were friendly and cheerful, and they worked hard to complete the loading, transport and unloading processes successfully. Well done !!.

The service we received from the actual team was polite, thoughtful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Actual to friends and family.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Actual Removal Team. They were beyond first class and I would unhesitatingly recommend them. They were so efficient, organised, willing and above all careful, handling all of my precious belongings [including antiques] with care and respect. At the same time they were speedy and dealt with everything impeccably.

Arrived promptly for full pack and then the following day for removal. Worked hard both days. The crew were helpful and friendly. No breakages or damage. Would use again (if we can ever face the thought of moving again that is!!).

A big thank you to the Actual team who were professional and full of confidence from the beginning to end. Coordinating moving two houses into one in one day was not easy. We were happy we had your services to help.

This is my third move with Actual Removals and this time was long distance. Dave Carl & Tim gave excellent customer service. There were a few issues but they didn't complain and made my move less stressful. Highly recommended.

The whole experience with this company was great. From Alison in the office to the lads who did the moving. They were very patient and understanding with our move. They gave good advice and a polite and friendly service. We have no problem in recommending them to anyone wishing to move home.

Actual were very flexible and helpful. Had to change moving date 3 times. Removal lorry arrived on time, nothing was too much trouble for the crew. Very friendly and helpful crew, very efficient, would recommend excellent. Cannot rate them highly enough.

All positive, very helpful from start to finish. Alison was very helpful in finding a solution to moving. The removal teams were very polite and helpful always trying to make the whole experience stress free as possible. There was no damage to our furniture and belongings.

From Alison and the team in the office, to the team on the day, I just can not fault them.
Friendly, helpful, I personally can not lift anything so they were all brilliant with my husband directing the items outside and myself inside the property when we got there. Nothing was too much trouble.
As I said to them on the day, BRILLIANT!!!!!!!
