Really helpful customer service. Haven’t done my experience yet, but had a problem with my voucher and it was sorted without any drama or delay. Hopefully my experience will be just as fantastic!

I tried to book our experience but the railway is closed till early 2027. I contacted Activity Superstore and they extended my voucher. Thanks to Lauren at Activity Superstore. Great to sort the issue so easily.

A relative purchased a hotel stay as a gift!
We were unable to use the stay for some time because of illness .
Apparently this company sets a redemption period and never informed me this was about to elapse ? Consequently I lost the value of £140 for this stay?
Why couldn't this company contacted me to advise meow extend the period???
Would I ever use them again ......No!!!

Had to try and sort a voucher out. Helped by Dylan Tembe over the phone! Very very helpful and polite. Evidently wanted to sort the issue and didn’t make me feel like a bother. Hopefully everyone I speak to is as wonderful as him! Thank you :))

We contacted them after OMG Hotels didn't send our booking confirmation and theatre tickets through the day before our trip to London. We spoke to Dylan Tembe who was a huge help. Long story short OMG Hotels is a scam and Activity Supersore has parted ways with them as its not the first time they have scammed people. Dylan organised a refund for the price of the voucher which means we are still able to go to London for the weekend!

Thank you for answering our questions regarding tickets and how to get them! I booked this as a Christmas present in 2024 which we are only getting round to using now. Charlie was really helpful and very quick to respond which made it stress free

Initially I found the booking process complicated and not user friendly, from entering the voucher number the experiences that came up as bookable were not the ones on the Activity Superstore booklet/website that I had initially hoped to book. From using the live chat I was put in touch with Dylan who explained I could exchange the voucher for the experience I wanted and I managed to gain an extra experience as there was a credit remaining which is not lost. Dylan completed the exchange procedure for me whilst I was on the chat which was very helpful. I have not done the experiences yet so cannot comment on this aspect. I still maintain the booking procedure could be much easier and feel it may be designed to put people off but thank you Dylan.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Jumped through every hoop to get my experience, getting Voucher number etc, tried to book for Donnington Park, was told at the end my certificate wasn't valid even though it doesn't run out for another four months, tried ringing them, I was on hold for over half an hour, being told every twenty seconds I was number one in the que, I gave up in the end, I gave up in the end, plus I'd only just got the Voucher Number next step trading standards.

A warning to everyone DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY absolute rip off, my husband was gifted a 2 night stay voucher, we chose our location and every date we give them they come back with no availability,but bare in mind I had already been onto the hotel website to check and rooms was still available so why are they coming back saying not available, someone is lying, so far my experience has been traumatic, NOT WORTH THE HASSLE, MONEY OR STRESS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY, the communication is so slow, never hear back for a day or so. And always the same answer.
I will be getting hold of trading standards because I’m not getting what was paid for, absolute shambles, as I said I had already been onto the hotels website which rooms was available for my chosen dates.
Absolutely amazing Customer Service from Yasmin at Activity Superstore. She was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help sort out my query in a very understanding and compassionate way. If only all companies and customer advisers were as good as Yasmin and Activity Superstore the world would be a better place. Thank you so much

Absolute scam. Daughter bought a Salsa Experience for 2 valid for 18 months. Sadly the provider has closed down and no alternative venue offered. Activity Superstore are refusing a refund even though they can’t provide the product as it is more than 28 days since purchase. Much better to book direct with an actual provider not AS.

Had fun at our 2 night break at Durley Dean hotel in Bournemouth. It was close to the beach and we had a lovely walk along the promenade. Holly the Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfasts and swam in the small indoor pool.
