As a CPA, my firm needed a way to work on QuickBooks Desktop from home. I had zero interest in buying and maintaining a physical server at our office, Ace Cloud Hosting gave us exactly what we needed. Their team moved all our client files over and got us logged in the very first day.

We have been with them for a few years now and I am very happy. The system stays online and runs fast. That is a big deal for us especially during tax season. I rarely see any downtime or computer errors. On the rare chance I call support it is usually just to add a new accountant to our account or reset a password. Their Tech guys answer the phone right away and take care of my requests without making things complicated. They are a great partner for my firm.

I was looking for a reliable solution for QuickBooks and Drake for our team of 10+ users. We'd been with Summit Hosting, but during peak tax season the service lagged constantly. Support wasn't helpful either.

After that tax season, we switched to Ace Cloud Hosting. Everything is stable now, and support is just a phone call away. That's all I needed.

We used Ace for QuickBooks Enterprise hosting for over a year. The performance was subpar and when we contacted support, they ignored my recommendations as an experienced IT professional to increase resources and wanted to schedule time to review with us which was completely unnecessary. When our team members requested support they were frequently sent irrelevant guidance which would required more back and forth to get resolution. All team members are based overseas which created communication challenges. Lastly, when we terminated services, they continued to follow up to promote alternative services despite being directly asked not to and then they added a form completion request to cancel after they confirmed cancellation. I do not recommend this company at all.

My experience with Ace Cloud Hosting has been exceptionally well. Being able to use QB Desktop from anywhere around the world has made a huge difference for our accounting firm. Their support team is always available and quick to help whenever needed. The only area I would like to see improved is pricing. However, compared to others, the value and reliability Ace Cloud Hosting delivers is well worth the investment.

I am really impressed with Ace Cloud Hosting team. What I like most I can login to my QuickBooks Enterprise from anywhere. Before this my local setup was always giving me issues and it was a pain. Their team moved all my data to the cloud and gave separate logins for my three accountants. It made things easier. Printing from their server is easy too and it just works. Worth try their quickbooks hosting service!

I used them when I had QBD, and they were good. When I cancelled, they kept calling and trying to sell stuff, which was fine.

Finally, I decided it might make sense to give an employee a remote server, even though we were only using QBO. I spoke to ACE, settled on a price, and understood through the phone call I can cancel anytime. After I signed, I realized there were other issues and let ACE know that I would have to back out. They tell me that the contract said I signed up for a full year, and there was absolutely no retracting.

I would never in a million years agree to use a yearly subscription for such a service. They won't stop harassing me.

Despite some technical hitches with instance launches, the responsive Ace Cloud support team not only fixed the issues promptly but also extended my trial period to ensure a thorough test of their capabilities.

One month into the full-time service, the benefits are clear. Ace Cloud has enabled us to train our staff with the latest technologies without the need for additional hardware investment. We're a small CPA firm and we use them to host some tax and accounting software. A couple of technical issues with the initial installation, but their support is great, and you can call them anytime. Great value too. I recommend.

Customer service, setup, tech support was quick and they were all knowledgable. When I say fixed quick, I mean within 10 minutes, and no poking around running down some list of 1-20 items they need to use to determine the issue. They simply fix it in minutes.

The service was great for 4 years. I recently switch to QB Online and requested a cancellation of my Ace Cloud account. I spoke to a rep who was horrible. He kept badgering me, telling me that QB Online is like a 3 month old baby. I explained that it didn’t matter, I already switched and I was happy with my decision. He kept going on and on. I finally told him I would dispute with my credit card company if he didn’t let me cancel. Worst cancellation experience ever.

I rent the cloud for my services, I will add a review after a while.
