It was pretty easy to rent the storage container and the move in process was smooth and easy.
What was more problematic was the insurance cover for the items being stored. The quote from Access was pretty high (in my opinion) for the value of the goods being stored. I managed to get a much better policy, with higher cover, for £10 less per month

Regarding insurance, we completely understand your point. While we do offer our own cover for convenience and peace of mind, customers are always welcome to arrange their own alternative policy, provided it meets our storage requirements.

Pretty good so far.....
Pretty good so far, helpful staff, clean premises, and straightforward systems to access your unit. Myself and my movers did notice a damaged ceiling tile in my unit, but this was noted at the time by the staff member, and I was urged to take a photo which I did.

Easy and safe!
Tom at the front desk helped me out with no qualms, very professional and knew the rules and regulations thoroughly. It was my first time using a self storage service and it feels very safe and secure as well as convenient. The only thing is I got lots of calls to my personal phone after requesting an online quote, a bit pushy with the marketing!

From the very first call to my first in store visit today, Access Storage staff have been absolutely top-notch. Polite, helpful, professional and friendly. Dom helped me today, I was quite stressed and quite nervous but he was kind and supportive, are welcome breath of fresh air.

Apart from location and range of unit sizes, good customer service is essential. The customer service team and manager at this branch were very friendly and helpful. They helped me work out the best unit size for my needs and replied to every email. The promotional offers are very welcome , please keep them going.

The best customer service and site
I been using their services for about 5 years now and they are amazing!!!
Tom is the new Manager and he went the extra mile to help us moving from one unit to another as we were downsizing. He is very knowledgeable, friendly yet professional and it was a total pleasure to meet him. He made all the process so much pleasant and help me and my daughter all my way. They have the most amazing staff, is so many units to chose from, the place is dry, clean and they have everything to make the moving in and out easy as possible. Is an amazing area and plenty parking as well. I can’t fault them at all. Always excellent customer service and that is very hard to find this days. Tom and the team, we are very grateful for your help and support through the years and keep of the excellent work you all do. If you are looking for a reliable, safe and professional place to store your items, they are the one to go to. I highly recommend their services as their prices are competent too and I wouldn’t use any other company out there. Thanks everyone
