Access Displays have been wonderful. We had ordered some display panels for our Platinum Jubilee weekend. The delivery company failed to deliver them as promised. Nikki from AD saved the day by sending us beautiful panels on loan by door to door courier, Our Platinum Jubilee weekend art exhibition was saved. A service way above what you would normally expect these days. Exceptional. A huge thank you from all of us.

Mark O'Donohue and myself decided to use Access Displays after hearing many compliments about the company. We were instantly left amazed by how efficient the Access Displays team operates. They took care of everything once the order was placed and made the process effortless. We will certainly use Access Displays again in the future.

I ordered the board for work as this was exactly what we were looking for and the price was reasonable. I cannot fault Chris for his customer service, he contacted me within a day of ordering about the carry bag, which wasn't needed for what I was using the board for and the board was dispatched promptly. Putting it together was easy (once I figured out how and realised I could do it when the board was still folded). It's sturdy and fit for the purpose I bought it for.

The two notice boards arrived quickly and are now installed in the church, where they look very fine. They are a great improvement on the previous boards in appearance and robustness.
We had some issues over delivery and assembly. I telephoned the company to explain that they were to be delivered to a church which is not always open and was advised to request on the order form that I be telephoned in advance to arrange for collection, which I did. I was not called in advance and one day discovered that the frames had been delivered to the church and the boards to the church hall, in a different building. Fortunately someone was available at both locations to receive them, but did not examine them for damage as was requested on the boxes.
I was able to unite the two boxes and managed to assemble them although there were no instructions for this in either box. I suggest that instructions be provided for other users.

Communication was great, delivered as promised and the display cabinet looks even better in real life than on the website.

We recently required a display stand at very short notice (less than 7 days before showtime) for a stand we had at an exhibition. We made contact with Access Displays to see if they could support and explained the speed in which we needed it. They were excellent from start to finish - artwork was approved in less than 24 hours and the display stand arrived with us in plenty of time. We are very pleased with the product, easy to set up, looks great, and collapses to flat pack with its own wheelie carry case.
I would fully recommend Access Displays for excellent customer service and quality of product and all round great buying experience.

Glass panel ordered and delivered as planned. Our remote location made things difficult but thanks to Chris updates were provided and the item arrived in excellent condition.

I contacted Access Displays after waiting a week or more for three other companies to make contact. Access Displays got back very quickly and were incredibly helpful. I was able to order a custom-size notice board from a great choice of colours and three different hard wood frames. The board was made and delivered exactly as promised and the team were helpful and friendly throughout. I cannot fault them nor the board they provided at a very reasonable price.
