They helped me make appointments to see properties and then to make good decisions. I'm not from Scotland, so I appreciated the assistance with the legal process. I did a zoom tour with Sarah and she was so helpful and patient. She spent about an hour, opened every drawer and cupboard, measured up and rearranged furniture to make sure my piano would fit.
Fiona also went over and above helping me with my move and making sure the flat was move in ready for me.
