Jennifer Bryce provided good advice on choosing which offer to take and how to manage to happy conclusion for buyer and seller. The legal side was handled by Gavin Crowe and Thomas Fowler, who were approachable and gave good advice at crucial decision points. The sales costs were very competitive. They promised a good result and to achieve in excess of the Home Office report which I though would be difficult in the present circumstances. However every thing they said was right and final offer was much higher than expected.
