I was helped out by Jordan, who made the entire process as seamless as possible. I wasn’t in the country and couldn’t arrange a viewing, but Jordan sent me videos of the flat, answered all questions quickly and was great at communicating quickly and efficiently. All in all, thank you Jordan, and thank you to the entire team!

A bit incompetent regarding accounts information just moved in with them months ago only to find out since they closed over the holidays my rent payment error saying my rent was overdue not very happy someone should of being there monitoring real time payments it was a bank holiday weekend so now have to wait to see why this has happened not very amused by this as I paid it I have proof from my end.

I was shown the property by a young lady by the name of Jordan..

And although I declined the property i will definitely be contacting them in the future when I am ready to rent

My mother earns 23,000 thousand a year because sometimes she earns 1,900 or 2,000 a month. And plus the 14,000 she has saved, that's 37,000 and she said my mum has to have 34,600 and my mum has more than that. And she said we still need a guarantor for us, and I said I have no family in the UK who is going to do it?
And apart from that I didn't like it at all. That she called other clients, without having finished with us first. Because we hadn't even finished talking, and someone was already knocking on the door and that really stressed me and my mother out.
Next time if you have to see some customers. The others call them after an hour or the next day. It was unprofessional of her.
