They are horrible. You are pretty much giving your money to them. I ordered my item in August and still did not receive anything in November and they didn't respond to my email. They are a SCAM. Don't order anything from them.
Picked this dress set for its unique patchwork and floral design. Love how it combines casual and elegant elements effortlessly. The packaging was thoughtful and prevented any damage. Maybe slightly better hemming needed, but overall its quite stylish and good quality!

First item the color was completely different than in the picture, quality is so poor and cheap
Second item measurements were off than what is on the page way too short for a maxi dress, I am a very short person,
I contacted the customer service and although they were quick to respond they offered me 0nly 40 percent of what I paid and saw another review here where they offered 80 percent of the value,
My mistake for not reading the reviews on Google about this company.
The item that was delivered was such poor quality and looked nothing like the picture! I asked for a refund and was advised I would have to pay for the return. Will never shop here again and will advise others not to do the same!

Be careful! This company is a scam . I ordered an item and they never delivered it to me. I sent them many emails with no responses.
I ordered 4 pieces of clothing from them. Which are advertised in pictures as beautiful, elegant and exquisite… the package arrived a week later and I got something that looked like a curtain from the 1980s or my grandmas night gown…I was so disappointed and disgusted by what I received, when I asked for a refund for something I paid close to $400 for, they said they’d give me $70 back!
Plus my reviews on their site have been deleted !!!

They sent a completely different item than I already picked. When I asked for return they started compromising. They said we can offer coupon for next purchase or only give 80%refund without returning the item.
