This was my second order from this company. First time no issues. This time sadly Royal Mail let the process down. Unbelievably I received a RM envelope (apologising about the state of the contents) with the (empty) packaging from the seller. This had clearly been cut open and ripped open too. I hope the dishonest thief enjoyed my yarn order!!
Customer service at Abakan were amazing. They resent the order immediately with no fuss whatsoever. Received today with thanks. Top notch customer service. Can’t fault them.

Fantastic service. Order was dispatched quickly however had issues with Royal Mail. Contacted customer support and the issue was resolved in a matter of hours and arrived 2 days later. Fabric is exactly what I was looking for - great experience all round!

I needed more of a particular fabric which was out of stock. David from Custo.er service went out of his way to find more of the fabric from other branches. He kept me informed about progress and I know have ordered all the extra metres needed.

This was my first order with Abakhan Fabrics, and unfortunately I was sent fabric containing flaws, HOWEVER, the customer service was excellent and I’m very happy with our resolution and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this company again. Errors can happen but it’s how the customer service team deals with them that makes all the difference and Abakhan did me proud!

Fabulous piece of wool at a great price. Telephone call to tell me that there was less on the roll than advertised. I still got enough to work with, at an even better price.

When I was younger, fit and more able bodied, I used the shop in Hanley. Now I am retired and troubled with walking difficulties I order online and have always been extremely satisfied with the service, quality, prices, in fact every aspect of shopping with Abakhan. I have often recommended them to friends. My recent purchases are lovely and better than they looked online.

I was looking for lining material and ended up ordering it in 2 colours and also a beautiful piece of Chinese Dragon viscose, which was so lovely that I have placed a second order! The quality of all the materials I ordered is excellent and good value for money. Ordering online is easy and delivery good, thank you.

The yarn i ordered is great quality. Delivered within 48hrs and customer services were very responsive with my last order that seemed to go missing.

I cannot find any fault in either the products or their very helpful and kind staff. I have bought many fabrics and sewing stuff, and the quality is superb. The Liberty fabrics are extremely good value, and I cannot rate this company highly enough. No doubt I will be placing many more orders with them.

Had a small mess up with receiving the wrong coloured thread, it was sorted in a timely fashion and was easy to sort on my end. I received a 505 thread instead of a 504 that I had ordered, when I emailed to query if I could switch they communicated with their supplier, only to find out that 504 is no longer made! I got sent a free returns label via email and popped them in the post. Very easy, and very helpful, thanks!

Astounding customer service from David! I emailed about my issue this morning, and got a response almost immediately. The problem was sorted within the next couple of hours! I couldn't recommend Abakhan Fabrics enough.

I've been a fairly regular shopper here for years . I haven't needed to purchase anything for a while ( I probably have more 'stash' then they have !) but when I was looking for specific fabric this was the place to go .
They have a huge range of stock and plenty of bargains . Anything you order is sent out almost immediately .
I've never needed to use customer service as everything has been spot on every time .
Definitely recommend.
