The speed of response is Amazing!. Email responses I received from Megan Penry were timely and comprehensive in resolving my issues. She promptly got my sons Birth Certificate sent FEDEX and responded to three other issues we had. My initial impression of this employee is that she is professional, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Please pass along these remarks at an appropriate ceremony of gathered employees.

I have been associated with AAFMAA for more than 60 years now. From the day I was commissioned as a second Lieutenant in 1963 and learned about the services available, I have been enormously pleased with everything they have done for me. From the storage of my valuable family documents to questions that I have asked from time to time, they have always been there for me. I have been trying to obtain a death benefit since 2019. My father was a West Point graduate and retired Brigadier General. He served for 30 years..

Countless phone calls. Correspondence, emails. Never a live person and rarely a response. I’ve just about given up.

This organization should be ashamed. Wouldn’t recommend, sadly.

Lower-cost whole life insurance for the military community and their family members. Excellent cash value building with policies from inception. Excellent interest “crediting rate” that builds wealth over time while also providing the safety net of a death benefit. Very well-managed, trustworthy organization.

Great service and a terrific counselor. AAFMAA WMT has done a fabulous job of safeguarding our wealth and achieving great returns.

It was simple to access the AAFMAA website, log in and request updated documents to be sent to me. All of this was accomplished without the need to call and hold for the next available representative.

I've been with AAFMA since 1997, and have found them to be a great organization. I will be honest that I don't use all of their services, but the life insurance speaks for itself.

I recently got life insurance coverage and I must say the experience was so much better with AFM than with all of the companies I had applied to. From the staff assigned to me, to the medical staff that did my medical workup and all of the on point, not excessive communications from AFM.

The did what they said they would do, did it timely, efficiently and most importantly, with empathy and professionalism. 5 Star performance all the way!
