Perfectly handled from start to finish very informative let me know beforehand what was going to happen then no issues with picking the car up no haggling no trying to knock down the price just few pictures a phone call and boom money in the bank absolutely 10/10 no dramas

What a fantastic service by Louis and his team. Such an easy transaction and Louis made me feel I was in good hands and could trust them. As long as you are honest with them regarding the true condition of the car, everything will go smoothly. Five starts from me.

I dealt with Louis throughout the process. He offered a price which was acceptable and realistic. A deposit was paid and his transport company did a visual appraisal on the agreed day. The remainder was paid into my bank minus £250 as the V5 had not yet been returned to me from DVLA following removal of my private plate. When it did arrive later that day, I sent a photo to Louis and put the original in the post. He immediately sent the final £250 as he had promised. The process was exactly as he promised and was far better than I have seen others experience with national car buying companies promising to buy any car. Full marks!

Everything about this company was great. Louis called and discussed buying my car. What a lovely guy. It was a very honest conversation and I knew I was selling into trade. We came to a mutually acceptable price. Louis paid a £200 deposit and arranged for 2 drivers to collect the next day. What great guys they were. Very presentable and friendly. There was no pressure. They checked the car and paperwork over. There was no haggling on the agreed price as the car was as described. I had full payment within 15 mins. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know wanting to sell their car with no hassle and a fair price

Super impressed! I’ve been so stressed about selling my car I’ve put it off for weeks, but the balloon payment was coming soon so I needed to get it sorted. Following a call from Louis a price for the was agreed and an immediate deposit sent over to my bank. An agreed date to collect the car was agreed and the balance of the agreed sale price was sent over to my account before the driver left with the car. I would highly recommend Louis and his team.

Louis reached out and was courteous and polite, he asked some questions on the vehicle and then offered us a price that was fair and reasonable. At no stage did it feel like we were been 'ripped off' as we've experienced with other dealers. On collection day we were informed when the driver was setting off and again the team that arrived were friendly and very professional.
