We had a great family vacation and have stayed in this unit twice this year .Convenient location, easy access to main roads and restaurants. Thank you for a great get-away.

There were minor maintenance issues that should have been addressed before arrival but were addressed quickly after we called (broken blinds in a bedroom that's very sunny in the morning). But one of the sinks in the master bath was broken - missing part. We were not notified before arrival, and it rendered the sink unusable. After multiple calls with unknowledgeable and unhelpful staff who wouldn't return my call, I was told that 360 blue was aware of the issue but couldn't fix it because a part was on order. I asked for compensation - as I rented a unit that was supposed to have two operable sinks in the master. But was told no. I probably wouldn't rent again based on this experience.

This house was perfection and the management was on top of everything. We had a wonderful family vacation and have plans to be back soon!

Our family visited Watercolor for the first time this spring and had a wonderful experience. The unit is perfectly situated near the Beach Club/beach/other family friendly restaurants. Since we flew in, we did have a rental car and were able to find parking relatively easily around town. The unit was the perfect size for our family of 3 and the neighborhood was quiet at night. 360 Blue was very accessible to us throughout our stay, as well. We will definitely rent through 360 again!

terflon coating on the Pots and pans scratched terribly. Furniture old and run down. Television in master bedroom did not work whatsoever! Refridgerator door shelves were missing! Therefore, we had to store all of the drink and food in the main compartments, which crammed all of it in there. It was the worst, absolute worst, two days! We decided to move, and we had to pay to move! No apologies, no refunds....nothing. Do not stay with this dishonest company. They aren't local either. They have been bought out by a larger worldwide comopany. The customer service is obsolete.

We loved our visit to Watercolor. The condo was super comfortable.

The house is beautiful and just as pictured if not better! There was plenty of kitchen utensils and tools. The golf cart is definitely useful. The only thing I would say is that there is no private beach amenities. So the public beaches are very very crowded. It was mid June though so that is expected. Overall, this home is spacious and gorgeous! The pool is very nice as well. I was concerned from the pictures that it might be small, but it is a regular size pool. Sun in the day and partially shaded in the late afternoon which is perfect! I would definitely rent again!

We came for a 40th birthday and this home was perfect! Plenty of space for 12 women to spread out. Kitchen was gorgeous, and it was a very close walk to the beach. We cannot wait to come back!

The house was great, but I only gave three starts due to 360 Blue's service. When we arrived the windows were being washed. Unfortunately all the cushions were soaked and did not dry for two days. The covers for the inside furniture were also wet and we couldn't put on for two days. Half the bicycles were inoperable. I tried for three days to reach 360 Blue by phone but never got thru and gave up. The house is spacious and very comfortable.

This was a new property on the Watersound resort and we were pleasantly surprised! The home we rented was extraordinary and lovely. Very quiet beach and we will return.

Outstanding! The staff is so helpful nd very friendly....Our girl Jackie did not disappoint....always available and immediately took care of any situation....she is the best representation of service I have encountered....I hope she is my contact again next year!!

Customer Service left something to be desired. We were assured 4 bikes with our rental. One was unusable and the another was confiscated and we were accused of stealing it. Repeated attempts were made to correct this. We were assured it would be, it never was!

Thank you for a wonderful vacation! My family and I truly enjoyed our experience. Great location and we look forward to returning next summer.

We had a great experience! Everything was smooth from start to finish and we loved our accommodations.

We come every year with all our children, spouses, and grandchildren. The highlight of our year. Our experience with the house this year was perfect. No problems at all.
