Danielle, Stella and the team were open honest and extremely helpful as I struggled with the new grant scheme. They listened and amended the booking twice to align with the delays in getting the grant. Once the grant was given, I had an installation the next week. It was superb!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Our EV charger installation was quite complicated and required additional groundwork, but the team handled everything professionally and efficiently. I was very pleased with the ordering experience and the guidance given by the office prior to agreeing. Although the waiting period was longer than expected, the electrician turned up on time, was thoroughly informative through the process and exceedingly helpful in setting up the app and ensuring all facets were working before leaving my home. A neighbour recommended this company and I can see why. They answer the phone straight away and are very courteous and polite. I explained to Chris what I needed (just an installation) and he gave me a price and date. I was sent an invoice for the agreed price to be paid a week before installation and received text messages to remind me about the time of the forthcoming installation. The young man - Owen - who installed the charger was on time, very polite and courteous, and he did a very neat job - no mess. He explained everything before he left as well. Extremely satisfied with the service.

Very friendly installer (Dominic) who was very tidy, very willing to ensure the cabling was as unobtrusive as possible when running to the fuse board in the middle of the house, and very helpful explaining the setup and configuration.
