Customer Service Dissatisfaction
I contacted your company by phone and spoke to a live person. I reported that I did not have a positive experience with the oil and requested my money back as guaranteed by your promotion. The lady suggested she could not assist me as it was a Saturday however she would give my information to the appropriate person the following week and my money would be refunded. I never heard back from your company.
