Took over 25 days to arrive(beware- ships from overseas!!!) snags on sleeves. For exchange I sent it to Indiana- again very delayed in getting it back- they didn’t know why it was delayed either!! Very very poor customer service and they need to be more up front if their products are shipping from overseas. I will never buy from them again !

Share your faith easily and fashionably. All sorts of different styles to choose from. Great customer service. Clothing does run small so be sure to order up at least another size.

Material very soft and well made, I should have gone a size up for this sweatshirt . I’m in the plus size category

Thanks for my order, I was so excited about it:) It arrived 5 days ago and I have already worn all three items I ordered and my favorite is the faith cross sweatshirt! I’m going to wear it to thanksgiving dinner coming up with my family, I can’t wait to see what they think of it too.
I will be sure to let everyone to know where they can buy one for themselves, and I might even be ordering more for Christmas gifts.

Received my order a week ago and today was my wife’s birthday so she just opened it and absolutely loves it! We have church this evening so I’ll be curious to see if she wears it:) Thanks so much WBF for making my wifey happy!!

The sweatshirt did not have any lining. The pockets on the inside were not anchored anywhere and can stick out below the bottom hem. The zipper on the shoulder is for show only. If you unzip it - it just goes through to your shoulder. No pocket there at all. I would have thought it would have been made of better quality for the price I paid.

Got an email asking to write a review so I did on Sept 6. WBF responded saying a new bracelet would be in the mail in 1 week. How can that be when the one I ordered took a month? 1 month later and no bracelet. I updated my review and emailed the company. No response. Today, Nov 16, I emailed the company AGAIN. I'm not holding my breath on a response. They seem to respond to reviews but only to make it look like they are taking care of the problem. I would have been better off having my kids make my husband a bracelet. At least I know that one would not break.

I love my wrap truly great. My church name is Faith so im sure when my Sisters at Faith they may want one as well. Thank you.

Happy with my purchase, order a size up like they suggest and you’ll be happy too:) Didn’t have to deal with customer service at all so cant really comment on them but they were very good about updating me on when my order was shipped and then out for delivery and then delivered so that was a nice touch.

I'm afraid I must echo other reviews given--the service is INCREDIBLY slow, and when you inquire about your order, you get (at best) curt replies about "it was on the webpage" that "international orders may take 6 weeks or more." Well--apparently LOTS of what they sell is "international"--and you're not told that when you order. I (finally) got the t-shirts I ordered--they arrived in packages FROM China, written all over in Chinese characters, and were a little on the small side and rather thin material. In other words, I don't feel I got what I paid for--and I had to wait FOREVER to get it (and write emails begging for information as to what had happened to my order. I'd wanted it for my sons' birthdays, but it came so late I'll be giving it to them for Christmas presents instead). Last time I checked others' reviews (which were there at the time), they mentioned the same issues, and instead of a responsible answer ("we're sorry, we'll try to fix that") when I've seen their answers to reviews they are generally...let's just say not nice. Won't be ordering from them again. [Updated after "Wrapped by Faith's" answer--my emails to them were about when could I expect my order, not being ugly. And yes, I did, after some rather snarky replies, tell them that, if they are a Christian business (which, assuming from their name, they are) then they might want to talk to people who have problems with a little more kindness. But you see for yourselves what sort of answer they give.]

Great experience, had a some issue with my order and Spencer went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly. I will note to that the issue wasn’t their fault it was mine, I ordered the wrong size. I absolutely love my sweatshirt too, comfortable and great way to spread the word of God.

My order wasn’t exactly centered and they sent me a return label right away. My new sweatshirt is perfect! Thank you Wrapped By Faith.

Where do I begin, this company is amazing. From the absolute best customer service and help I have ever received from a company, let alone a small business. You can tell these people actually care about their customers:) My order arrived in 11 days which I was happy with because they told me some orders could take longer then that. When i opened the package saw my hoodie I knew I had made the right decision, so cute and SO comfortable!! And best of all just a great message! So i reached out to them to tell them how happy I was with my purchase and they were very happy that I was happy and told me that because of my excitement about the product they wanted to send me a new product they were thinking about selling and wanted me to see what I thought about it! So about 10 days later I received a special package in the mail holding the new but secret item:) I ABSOLUTELY loved it!! It was even more comfortable and cute then my original purchase and they let me keep it absolutely free, no cost to me and didn’t even ask me to write this review! I just decided I wanted to on my own, I mean how could I not share this with the world! So excited to see what else they come out with in the future, they have definitely made a life life customer in me:)

Great company! Have ordered several sweatshirts as many have Loved my Faith sweatshirt and wanted one. They ordered it from other companies and the material is terrible and a lot of people send it back because they didn’t like the material. The material that mine is made of everyone loves the way wrapped in bacon makes their sweatshirts much better quality much better material thank you for putting out good quality shirts that represent our incredible faith!

The clothing took more than a month to arrive. It also was poor quality. Also, there was no communication on how soon the product would arrive. Customers need updates on the status of their order.

I got this email and wasn’t going to give any feedback but after reading some negative reviews on here I felt I needed to leave a review, I’m not sure what is wrong with these people who are negative things about wrapped by faith, I could say enough about how happy I am with my purchase and how they treated me, they went above and beyond to help me with my order and getting exactly what I wanted, and they didn’t have to! It was totally my fault and they wanted to help me make it right! These people are awesome! If I ever need Christian apparel in the future I won’t order from anyone else!!!

Love my tee! I bought 3 so I could give 2 of them to my buddies and they love them too! We wore them to go see the last avengers movie together!
