Large ads into my own sites backend. How outrageous you are!

We are using the EU & UK VAT Numbers Validation for WooCommerce plugin for a couple of years now. Works like a charm! No problems with implementing the plugin. The plugin does exactly what it promises. Happy with it!

After scouring hundreds of plug-ins, this one fit the bill perfectly. It's still early days, but so far, so good. Compared to other plug-ins, implementation is pretty intuitive and not hard to figure out. I did reach out to the support team yesterday asking why something doesn't seem to be working the way it should, and since I haven't heard back yet, I'm knocking off one star. I am still glad that I came across this plug-in, though, and I would recommend it to others.

I have been using their "Product XML Feeds for WooCommerce" plugin since many years. It is one must have plugin for me as it creates live feeds used by product comparsion websites and google merchant center.
Other WPFactory plugins I am using are: "Conditional Shipping for WooCommerce", "Coupons & Discount by User Role" and "Coupons & Add to Cart by URL".
The support team has always been helpful whenever I had questions.

Great plugins and support. I have been using multiple plugins for multiple webshops, for years and I have always had a good experience.

I was hoping to use WPFactory products for my company, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing.
After purchasing, I was unable to access the downloads or license keys inside my account, and the support team informed me that their licensing system is not suitable for agency-style usage or environments where multiple team members handle client websites.

Additionally, some of the instructions provided did not match what appeared in my dashboard, which caused delays and confusion.
The team ultimately decided to issue a refund, which I appreciate, but the overall experience did not meet my expectations, and the system was not compatible with my workflow.

This review reflects my personal experience, and I hope the company improves the licensing options and clarity of documentation in the future.

After purchasing one of their plugins we sent in an email asking a few questions. A week later and no response, we forward their our email to their plugins@ and support@ email addresses.

After no response I contacted them on social media and was told I would have an update within 24 hours, sadly no update has been received.

Refund will be requested if no update is received by the end of the week. Sadly refunds have to be sent via their support@ email too.

I have had an email from Omar but only to say they are looking into my questions, no update to any of my questions as of yet.

The fixes are now complete and whilst there have been further delays we have come seem to be back on a level playing field.

I've tried several plugins from WPFactory, didn't find exactly how to do a certain function, but their support was very prompt and sorted it it for me.

Prices are very competitive (got 4 plugins at $100/year), and I see they offer lifetime access for all plugins at $599 (for 65 plugins).

They offer an extensive catalog of WooCommerce plugins, most of them pretty lightweight and focused on simple and specific tasks (max/min limits, promo bars, etc.) that non developers will find handy. As per the "big ones", or more advanced plugins (like cost of goods, wishlist), while some are pretty good, others lack some features that the market-leading plugins have. So, their bundle may be interesting if the features meet your expectations, but don't expect to get the same features as buying the market leaders. I recently had a bad experience with the company due to several issues with extension updates. When PatchStack detected a vulnerability in one of its plugins (there's nothing wrong with that, it's something that can happen), I realized I wasn't receiving update notifications for the wpfactory plugins on my websites. When I tried to report this on the support forum, my message was deleted. It wasn't until my second attempt to contact them that I received a satisfactory response. So, I agree with the other user that their communication could be improved, otherwise I'd have rated them 4 out of 5.

Fine products but never communicate subscription renewals, making them less fine.

Highly recommend WP Factory for their plugins and incredible customer service. I use several of their Woocommerce plugins, have done so for many years. Any time we have had any sort of compatibility issue, their tech support has been quick to give a solution. One of the best software providers i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
