Having dealt with the non-existent support from GD, HG, or other "major" hosting companies for years, WP Buzz was a shock when I opened my first support ticket and received a reply within minutes!

They offer fast sites, and great support at a great price...what more can you ask for!

Wp buzz support is friendly, professional. The only criticism is that I had some issues transfering my old emails to server. Which I still have not resolved so stuck with an old provider. Overall I think this is the best ISP I have used. I hardly think about it. It just works.

I'm adding my praise for their support. I couldn't figure out a problem I was having with existing sites. Having spent most of my working life in IT as a developer I am not so quick to point the finger, and as it turned out the problem was my own doing. Support responded within the hour and resolved the issue. Furthermore, the support individual was not patronising at all, and explained clearly why I was experiencing the problem. Top marks!

I've recently moved to WPBuzz and can't recommend them highly enough. The sites are zippy, support is outstanding and I had the best cloning of a site to migrate it experience that I've ever had in 17 years of using WordPress. Packages include email and the dashboard has everything you need. All for a very reasonable price. If you are thinking of moving to them, just do it. I've tried so many cpanel hosts over the years, plus Cloudways, Closte, Kinsta and probably a lot that I've forgotten and I'm delighted with WPBuzz. They only include 3 staging sites which isn't a problem for me but it's the only downside I can see. However for the price they charge I think that's fair enough. Thanks WPBuzz for an amazing experience.
