The company's prompt response impressed me.
I encountered an issue when attempting to embed an online application.
The problem was making the form fillable online, and I believed there was something that needed to be changed to make it work.

I had an issue that the Beaver Builder Plugin (Starter Version) would not install. BB Themer and Themes installed, but not the plugin. After wrestling with the problem and trying to resolve on my own for 2 days, I emailed BB support, and got a response within hours. After creating a Collaborator account for them per their request, they successfully installed the plugin on my site, again within hours. I was VERY impressed with their responsiveness and personable emails, and equally thankful for their help.

I've been using Beaver Builder for some time, and occasionally I have had issues with not being able to figure out how to do things. The support I have received from the BB team has been sensational every time I have opened a ticket. The support team is very knowledgeable and helpful.

i've been using Beaver Builder for more than three years now, and all of my new sites are based on this framework and the Beaver Builder Theme and Child Theme. No real need for a "theme" in the traditional WP way, as you can basically build anything you'd like.
They recently started packaging Beaver Themer with the Beaver Builder plugin and that was a good move, as Themer really allows you to do anything you need.
One thing I do wish for is a bit faster support. I occasionally run into a stumbling block and it can take a bit of time to work through it with the support team. Most of these issues are unique and take a little thought, hence a bit of back and forth.
I plan to stick with BB for quite awhile.

The important thing is that they have super fast support and hope on bugs or issues one is having. Their Slack site is also fantastic; again, it has a lot of super support.

Lots of integrations with other plugins out the box and great flexibility in terms of being able to pull off non "blocky" designs. Have been using for several years now and highly recommend!

I have been a happy BB customer like for 3 years. I find Beaver Builder to be the most robust and stable builder. I've tried others and BB is a guarantee of fine performance on any type of website. When I started using it, the learning curve was easy and short because everything is easy inside the builder. If you’re picky about every bit of your website, BB can do everything you can think of, building a website in no time. This is my go-to preference for builder plugins. I am very pleased with the plugin.

I've built my WordPress freelancing business with Beaver Builder at the core. It's an incredibly powerful and flexible tool. With the most recent addition of grid and flexbox, it's become even more like Photoshop for the web. Very affordable, with several high-quality third-party addons available with lifetime licenses.

Sites are fast, most of handicap accessibility is done right out of the box, and it has all the design tools I need to make just about any site.

This doesn't have some of the flashier elements that Elementor has, but the drag-and-drop editor is far easier than Divi, WPBakery, or even Gutenberg (I look down on those page builders after using Beaver Builder).

I'm very excited for their roadmap; they should be addressing the div-itis problem with page builders; everything has to have 5 div tags to make it modular. If they are first to address this issue, I think the others will take notice and follow.

Security has never been an issue and the plugin does receive regular updates.

Had high expectations of Beaver Builder (BB) aka Fastline Media LLC but it conflicted with Boldgrid so abandoned and noticed BB within a week. 4 years later BB still charging my cc for a service that they acknowledge I NEVER used. BB's practice is that a single year subscription empowers them to auto-charge your cc into infinity and beyond, but then blame your email provider if you didn't know they were doing it. BB's auto-renew practice is part of the trend toward "Illegal Dark Patterns that Trick or Trap Consumers into Subscriptions" (links not allowed so search FTC 10/28/21 using quoted text). -- Paraphrase of Robby's response below: "We're sorry, but not so sorry that we won't keep your $ unless you can catch us taking it within 30 days."
