Excellent customer service. I am new to wheelchairs and I unfortunately ordered the wrong one. World of Wheelchairs were very kind and collected the wheelchair the next day which was quickly replaced by the correct one a few days later. Will definitely use them again as they really care about their customer needs.

Best Customer Service Ever
The customer service of World of Wheelchairs is second to none. I cannot express enough the kindness, compassion and efficiency shown by Roy, Tom and Kat when we had a problem with a wheelchair that we ordered. The problem was no fault of the company but they went out of their way to help us. I can recommend them all the way.

Mobile again after parts fitted
Great service and communications. Bought a couple of parts for a friend's wheelchair, parts arrived as agreed and were easily fitted. WoW we're a great find and will definitely use them again should I offer to repair a wheelchair.

World of wheelchairs are fantastic. A clip thing broke off my mum’s wheelchair and I was advised by another store to buy a new footrest. Not only did WOW call me to check that I had the correct order but they also told me I could just buy the clip and save (a lot) of money. They then reordered. What fantastic customer service!! Thank you:)

I can not praise World of Wheelchairs highly enough.
After recovering from a routine surgery that went wrong, I was left housebound and in need of a wheelchair if I was to rejoin the outside world
I did a lot of research on line. I found WOW and called them for advise as this was a first time purchase for me and I had tons of questions. I spoke to a gentleman (Tom) who could not have been more helpful. I really felt that he wanted to make sure I had the right chair for me rather than just making a sale. After much toing and froing on the phone and online I purchased the Gravity Lite self propelled chair. I was really impressed with the quality of the build. It was very solid despite being very lightweight. The added bonus of removable wheels makes loading it into the car a lot easier. Delivery was fast too.
In summary, I would say that if you are looking for quality products and good old fashioned customer service, look no further than World of Wheelchairs. Most highly recommended.

Great G-Light Pro Wheelchair Supplier

All about the customer though their delivery team is faster than there emailing department !! Ordered it for my Mum on a Wednesday arrived at her apartment on Saturday - got an email on Monday saying it would be delivered Tuesday !!
Really was a seamless order from start to finish and Mum is delighted with her G-Lite chair.

Fantastic quick service from ordering my wheel chair to delivery! This was an upgrade for me after using just a small fold up travel chair, so this amazing off road set of wheels gives me so much more independance to be able to wheel myself around on uneven paths and pavements!

Brilliant service. Rang with a query after my daughter broke her leg about a leg extension for her wheelchair. Sorted it out straight away delivery in 2 days just in time to go back to the hospital

I needed a replacement wheelchair and the local shops were charging silly money. I bought the same chair for much cheaper.
The most impressive thing was how fast delivery was. I ordered on the Monday and it was delivered before lunch on the Thursday.
