Don't buy from this company. They will never answer the phone if you call for customer service. I even emailed their customer service department for return information, and they never replied. Their products do not come with return information, you have to contact them to make a return, so they don't reply to your request. AVOID WORLD OF WATCHES.

My watch had broke while I was trying to set the time.
When I called customer service, they told me I could not get a refund but send me a return label so they could do an exchange. They told me that in the email with the return label, I would need to choose what option I wanted, an exchange or money back. No such option was available. I had sent in my watch back to them. Since then, I have not heard back from customer service in over a month and no communication has taken place in ensure that I will be getting a new item or money refund.
The times I tried to call customer service, I was usually on hold for over 15 minutes. One time I called, I waited on hold for over 30 minutes and nobody ever picked up my call. Eventually, I just had to hang up.

Paid for expedited (3 day) shipping, watch took 12 days to arrive. Watch was advertised as water resistant to 200m, suitable for swimming, surfing and snorkeling. First time I used the watch in the pool, for about 15 minutes, condensation appeared between the dial and the crystal, so it was clearly defective. Asked for and received a return authorization and shipping label, but was informed that there would be a $6.99 return shipping charge EVEN THOUGH THE WATCH WAS DEFECTIVE. The when they received the watch they informed me that it had been sent to the repair facility and would be sent back to me in 3 months or so! I told them that I wanted a refund, not a repaired, defective watch, and no response.

I would not recommend it. The processing of my order took over 2 weeks, it was shipped 2.5 weeks later and still hasn't arrived. I sent several email - NO REPLY! SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I purchased an Omega planet ocean for $8800. Very competitive price, very well packaged for shipping. Got the watch relatively quickly, but since shipping was free, no complaints. Love the watch. It came with all the proper documentation.

I BOUGHT WATCH USING PAYPAL WHICH IS THEY ACCEPT BUT THEY CANCELED MY ORDER BY TELLING THEY DO NOT SHIP TO GLENDALE CA . THIS IS SUBJECT OF LAWSUIT IN MY OPINION .

Customer service is horrible! Called for a list package and the representative that answered was extremely rude and condescending did not care at all to help. Worst experience I’ve had in a while.

Its been 13 days since I placed an order, and i just received a tracking number. It hasn't even been dropped off for shipping yet. This will be the last order I place with them. Ridiculous.

I am sure that this site works perfectly fine within the US and Canada. However, though they make it seem as if though they do international shipping, it is absolutely horrendous. It took over 2 months for me to get my watch (Colombia), they hardly ever responded or provided information, and they gave me a nice little surprise of a sizable extra charge from customs at the very end. By that time they refused to give a refund and I literally forced to pay this huge fine. Just do not order from this site if you are not in the US or Canada. It is not worth it.

This company should be renamed World of Watchout. I ordered a watch online with a cost of $1535. When it arrived i was unhappy with the purchase and followed the company's return policy instructions. I sent it back to the return address they provided via USPS priority mail. The USPS tracking said it was delivered on Oct. 15, 2021 at 11:03am. I have receipt of that tracking. When I realized no refund had been issued I called customer service. The representative said they hadn't received the watch even though she checked the tracking # and it confirmed delivery. Instead of trying to help with the situation she became rude and belligerent, telling me it was not World of Watches problem and I should take it up with the USPS. When I reminded her that the tracking said "delivered" she told me they were located in a big building and the watch could have been delivered elsewhere. When I said I would contact Discover Card and make a claim, she scoffed and hung up on me. I have made two more attempts to get these people to accept some responsibility but they are non responsive. And so I filed a claim for the $1535 with Discover. Another tact they take is to advertise watches as "in stock" when they are not. This prevents the customer from purchasing from a competitor because it is already "on order" I only gave it one star because it won't allow for zero. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Do not order from Worldofwatches.com! There are other places to buy cheap things that don't take months to ship and ignore all emails. their phone number doesn't even connect. it's embarrassing that they are on a google front search page.

Terrible experience with this company. Bought a Tissot watch in the fall of 2019. The watch stopped a little over a year later. Fortunately, there's a two year warranty, but unfortunately, I've had to deal with World of Watches. After the third repair, six months later, the watch has stopped again. Contacting them is difficult; they hardly return emails or phone calls. Wondering if the watch was authetic to begin with.

I bought a montblanc pen from them that broke 6 months later.I have many montblanc pens over 30 years old no problem

Purchased a Christmas Gift on 11/28/2020. After asking it about it several times I finally got an answer on 12/14/20 that they could no longer get the Product. Why sell it in the first place if you do not even have it, Especially at this time of year when a replacement is almost impossible to find?

First of all I had a great experience with World of Watches. I bought a Seiko 5KX for the incredible price of $160 out the door. The watch came in all of the original packaging including new tags and even cellophane on the bracelet and on the back of the see through caseback. Also shipping was crazy fast. I got my watch within 3 days!

Overall I had a great first buying experience with World of Watches. Maybe I got lucky, or hopefully world of watches has just improved on their customer service and sales since some of these other reviews have been posted.

This is a scam company, I recieved 2 crap Chinese watches that can be purchased on Ali for 15$. One does not work and was not the watches I ordered. Don't buy anything with these rip off company.

I bought a watch through them. They take the money and the it send it to the wrong address and now without explanation they say sorry “we will try to return your money back”but nothing happened I have been trying to contact them and is impossible ... better about this seller ...

I ordered a black Michael kors rhea backpack for my girlfriend dec 2, 2019. Its now Dec 11, 2019 and they still have not shipped anything. Worldofwatches.com says they need to do a 3 week investigation my order tracking number says that the label was created but still has not shipped because they never had usps pick it up. This company sucks and I will never buy anything from these scammers again. I've emailed them about this and got a bogus response that the mail is taking a long time. Don't let them steal your money or waste your time like me! If the deal is too good to be true its because this website is a scam! Worldofwatches.scam
