This was my seventh order from World of Pets, and once again, the service was excellent. Delivery was speedy, the prices were very competitive, and the customer service was friendly and helpful. Love this company, they sell individual tins of food instead of packs of 6 so I can buy exactly as much or as little as I need. Service is really good and the post very fast. Used a few times and can highly recommend.

I’ve been buying my pet food online from this independent, family-run shop for a while now and honestly couldn’t recommend them more. The service is always fantastic.friendly, helpful, and you can really tell they care about their customers (and their pets!). Orders arrive quickly and are always well packaged. It’s so nice to support a small business that genuinely goes the extra mile. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else 🐾

What a fab find!
I tried a few places for my puppy food and nowhere stocked it. I found this place by chance and I am so happy I did. The price was cheaper than anywhere I’d seen, and my food arrived the following day with free delivery. I will definitely be reordering :)

I've been very impressed by this company. Its the extra care they take to make you feel valued as a customer. Recently, an item I ordered went out of stock, but they were quick to check in with me to see if I was happy to wait, or else they offered me smaller quantities at an equivilent price. Very impressive service, I would not hestitate to recommend them.
