World class customer service
I have purchased engine oil from WOL a number of times now and am always pleased with their quick delivery times.
There was one circumstance in which a delivery was left at my door while I was not at home and this parcel went missing. This was not WOL’s fault, the delivery service should not have left the box on the doorstep.
In any case, Viktor from customer services was extremely helpful and promptly resolved the issue. A replacement order was shipped quickly and he kept me informed throughout the whole process. Thank you for your quality service!
