I Recommend World Cue Sports
The cue took six months to be made, which is good for a handmade cue. The cue was delivered quickly once complete and I am very happy with it. It is well made, meets my ordered specs and plays fantastically.

At times our cue makers can be a little challenging to deal with, mainly because we’re constantly pushing them to meet the high standards we expect for our customers. It can take a bit more time, but it’s all part of making sure every cue that arrives is something we’re proud to put in a player’s hands.

Dealing with Mick was a pleasure.
His advice was first class about purchasing a new cue. He actually saved me money by suggestion a Niche cue would better suit my needs rather than a more expensive Peradon cue.
New cue arrived in perfect condition and perfectly straight, it plays better than I could have hoped.

Rudest custumer service . When i placed the order i didnt recieve an email confirmation . So sent an email, no response . So i called to be told, ince he foumd my order, he doesnt actually have the cue in stock and will be in Australia in 3 weeks !!! 8 assumed as it on the website it is available to be sent . When i asked to cancel the order as it is a git was barraged with rude comments . Definately would not recommend

Sorry you feel that way. We did respond to your enquiry by both phone and email. When you called, we explained the cue had just sold and the next shipment is due in Australia in about three weeks.
When you asked to cancel the order, we confirmed this could be done and a refund arranged. We always treat customers with respect, but if someone is rude on the phone, they should expect a similar response.

so funny as the goods had already left when you made this comment and you would have got the goods or they would have been at the post office. I now send emails which many have in junk and now also send text messages which some of you dont even see them.

Great Service
I purchased 2 cues, a case and some accessories, and while I had some issues at checkout - 100% my fault - Mike bent over backwards to make it work for me. Very happy with the cues and the service, and the packaging of the delivery. Some great advice offered too. Will be back.

Custom made cue
I have always wanted a Peradon cue but they only come with a 9.5mm tip. I called Mick from World Cue Sports and he said not a problem so he had Peradon cue custom made with a 8.5mm tip. What a beautiful cue, I highly recommend Mick ,he is very knowledgeable and provided a professional service
