i have used these people before, and have just returned from dublin from the ireland v italy game.
the seats were great, the accomodation on offer which i choose was excellent.
The whole outfit from top to bottom are quality .... they followed up my visit with calls etc and made sure all was good my end... i highly recommend people use this company.

Six nations Rome
Returned last week from a very successful 6 Nations trip to Rome. Stayed in the 4* Archimede which I could not fault and took Longside Tavera tickets.
Patrick and Kate helped make my booking and were able to answer all questions I had. Certainly no complaints about the staff. There was no pressure to upgrade but the option was there.
They even sent me a list of things to do with my etickets.
Advice for Rome - probably worth taking a 4* Hotel and taking somewhere pretty central. I had the three star Groupon package and was first offered basic hotels outside the centre. They were close to metro lines/ bus routes butI didn't want to spend all my time on public transport. Whilst it cost a bit more, I wasn't spending money on taxis and got a quality hotel.

Six Nations Trip to Rome Feb 18
Just got back from 6 nations rugby trip to Rome. We were a group of 8 and we had a thoroughly good time. The seats were good seats in the stadium. The flight and crew and check in with Titan airways could not have been better. I'd never heard of Titan before but will look them up when I'm next searching a flight👍
The hotel was old and tired but exceptionally clean and the linen and towels were great quality and changed every 2 days.
We weren't in the hotel much anyway, there was too much to see and do in Rome. The hotel was the sister hotel to the hotel D'este, which looked much nicer we were in The hotel Montreal next door and as I said it was adequate for our needs. Position is quite good 10 mins walk from the Colleseum and right by the station. All in all a great fun weekend.

Six nations trip to Rome
Went to Rome for the six nations. Hotel was clean and comfortable and minutes from Termini station so ideal for getting around Rome. I booked 24 hrs before flight out so I wasn’t on the flight list but they rang the company to confirm so only a minor delay at checkout. Good flight times. Thoroughly enjoyed myself. Would use again.

Package holiday not as advertised and very poor value.
Package holiday not as advertised, and overpriced. I could have done better and for cheaper myself compared to this travel agent. In relation to the "overpriced" claim: - We bought england vs Italy 6 nations 2018 for two people total price £278. for this we got £60 worth of rigby tickets and accomadation with a max rate when, rugby is in town, of £136 for 2 nights. This puts us out of pocket nearly £80; as we bought this through wowcher we assumed we were getting a bargain; we got the opposite. In relation to "not as advertised": on the worldchoice sports website for the package we bought the 3* hotels is supposed to be one of: Osimar, Jonico, Marc Aurelio, Laura, Scheppers, Mariano; if not available we should be contacted with an alternative (which we weren't, no contact was made regarding any alternative). We actually were provided a hotel called "Kriss Hotel" which according to trip-advisor and Expedia is a 2* hostel. The hotel official website has no informaton which would contradict this. I expect the travel agent may respond by telling us we should have used the emergency no, but this was not an emergency, this is a complaint regarding teribble value and mis-selling; we had little time in Rome and wanted to make the best of the time we had rather than spoiling the experience further spending our time on the phone. We have informed the travel agent of our issues and so far have not had any satisfactory response, in fact I woud describe the attitude so far as dismissive.

Awful company to use
Awful company to use, they put us in a supposedly 4 star hotel which had rude staff and all of our groups rooms had no hot running water and broken showers, when I complained to world choice they simply said there isn't much they can do, wouldn't reccomened to anyone your better off booking your own accommodation and tickets separately
Re the response below is complete lies, I left the bad reviews after they told me they couldnt do anything to help me! What choice did i have but to warn others of the poor service they offer, and trip advisor also has similar complaints to mine on about the hotel and service!

6 Nations - Rome 2018
Just returned from a fantastic trip to Rome. Great organisation, great tickets and England won! Flights were on time, flight attendants excellent and no queues at check in.
Would probably not stay in the same hotel as it was quite far out from the centre of Rome.

In Rome at the moment for a three night package with flights.
Flew from Gatwick, staying in the 4* Luce hotel inc. breakfast.
v proffessional service from all staff. Had bought basic three night 3* offer through Groupon but decided to upgrade hotel.
Was going to get own flights but saw the prices and decided to book through world choice sports as they had charter flights cheaper than easyjet!!
Very happy with travel arrangements and hotel. wish I had upgraded my ticket too now! I have Curva tickets behind the goal. Will book again with longside tickets

Bad Wedding experience!
We recently purchased a wedding package through Wowcher with the merchant World Choice Sports. The package included a whole host of things including professional photography. Upon purchasing the wedding package Word Choice Sports listed the services included with the package which included professional photography.
We then received a voucher in the post from World Choice Sports with no mention of professional photography. My partner had been in contact (via email and telephone) with World Choice Sports and she had asked on numerous occasions if a professional photographer was included in the package. World Choice Sports said everything had been sorted and to contact the wedding planner when we arrived in Las Vegas. Upon arrival we contacted the wedding planner only to be told by the wedding planner that she had a note saying "no professional photographer". We had to resort to the limo driver taking photo's of us. In the advert it clearly mentions professional photos at a wedding chapel. We have paid for a service and not received what we paid for because world choice sports had changed their mind. This had left my partner in a very emotional state days before her wedding.
During the vacation period we had been liaising with World Choice Sports and they were extremely unhelpful.

Booked a flight in July to go from Humberside Airport to go to Alicante on October the 21st. Informed on August the 3rd that for 'Operational Reasons' the flight has been cancelled (approx 3 months before flight time).
Just told "Ryanair often do it the day before and do not offer any compensation", in other words we do as we like!!
I hope Humberside Airport take note and do not have any dealings with this firm or its subsidiary (Jetextra) ever again as this is obviously a Cavalier Company who have little thought for their customers.

Extremely Poor Service
Really poor service from the moment I tried to arrange the booking after receiving my Groupon Voucher. Called up to book the accommodation for the Hungarian Grand Prix weekend as detailed on the Groupon website and was advised I could not book over the phone so had to email. Emailed straight away and by the time they actually responded the options for the 4* Hotels that were advertised for the deal were no longer available and the only options given at that stage were 3* Hotels. Requested to upgrade to weekend tickets, however when our tickets arrived they were only for the Sunday. I called up to ask why as I had confirmed in several different emails that we would like to upgrade, they advised we had not made additional payment even though they never provided instructions to make a separate payment for the upgrade, and then we were advised they had run out of weekend tickets. Would not recommend using, you can get a better package booking yourself at a similar price.

I went on a recent trip to Monaco with Worldchoicesports and everything went fine. Having read the reviews, this is the first I had heard there were problems with one of the other flights but having worked in the airline industry, this could have been for one of any number of reasons.
Took Rocher tickets and the view was OK but probably worth upgrading to a proper grandstand. As far as communication with the company, I must have been on the phone a dozen times in the weeks leading up to the event and they were always able to put me at ease so no problems there. They took my mobile number so were able to text us with any changes to plans - I wish all companies would do this!
Tip: Buy a couple of big bottles of water to take with you. You will thank me!
Monaco Formula 1 Day trip
Very poor organisation of whole trip, conflicting information, wrong times passed to customers, drop off point no where near where suppose to be and maps provided useless. Arrived at Rocher viewing area 2 hours later, race stared unable to see anything not even with binoculars.
No accountability taken by company don't waste your money on this expensive day, just get yourself a flight and do yourself much better off.

Made complaints to World choice sports about the chaotic events of the day and had no sensible reply yet.
Plane was late both ways .. service on airline was not delivered as promised.
Bus driver no clue, dropped in the wrong place and spent more time walking and waiting than anyone would regard as acceptable. WCS reps were atrocious no help offered or provided, no guide to our seat as promised.
Watched the F1 but nothing else, no support races, told the wrong collection point spent more time walking to all the wrong places, no time for a meal or a beer.
The whole day was around 23 hours from start to finish for an F1 race of 1hr 40min. Massive waste of money very frustrating and wholly disappointing. I have sent a complaint to WCS the MD replied with a dismissive email suggesting I wait 14 days for response from the airline.. my complaint is WCS not the airline I didn't have a contract with them.. 14 days ended today my expectation is some compensation I intend to go viral if I am given the runaround.

Leaving the flight was an hour late,
The hot breakfast was a sandwich served off a cardboard box - no hot drinks available,
The bus driver got lost and did several U-turns in the center of Monaco wasting even more time,
We were then dumped on a random street and left to find our seats with no assistance - the apparently 15 minute walk took us 1 hour walking at a fast pace and we only knew directions because we knew the circuit,
Pickup location was changed and the text was received only an hour before the bus was due to pick us up - again another hours walk away,
The flight was delayed three hours for no given reason - the plane was on the tarmac the entire time,
The hot meal on the return flight was a bag of crisps and a chicken wrap.
The reply from Worldchoice is a £25 refund, therefore I'll be complaining to ABTA.
