Easy and simple ordering.
Prompt customer service - I noticed a small mistake on my details after I confirmed the order, emailed straight away to inform, and they got back immediately and confirmed the amendment.
Very quick delivery, arrived before Christmas, within stated time. Well packaged for delivery.
Came in a well presented gift box.
Was a sentimental gift for my son and daughter in law, to name a star after a pregnancy loss of twins.
They were overwhelmed when we gave them the gift, and loved the added touch of the crystal star, as a keepsake.

I ordered this for a Christmas present and the recipients were over the moon with it. The website was very easy to use and the presentation and certificate were 1st class. I wasn’t sure what the certificate would look like or how it would arrive. It was sent in a really lovely presentation box with lots of information very professional and informative. I would certainly recommend this company and this amazing present for life, thank you.

It’s was the most amazing thing I’ve seen my mum loved it so much

My partner bought me a star as a gift, and I was so touched by how thoughtful and unique it was! The presentation was beautiful—it came with a lovely frame and a certificate with interesting information about the star. It felt really personal and meaningful, and I could tell a lot of care went into it.

That said, I do think the website should make it clear that you can’t legally own or officially name a star after someone. It doesn’t change how special the gift is, but it’s something people should know upfront.

Overall, it was such a sweet and memorable present, and I’ll treasure it forever!

It was a gift for my best friend after her sister passed away far too young in life. She said it was a huge comfort for her which made me so happy.

Getting a star named by me so amazing and looking at the planets and finding out what your star is

Quick easy application process very efficient service

It was incredibly easy to set up , came within 2 days beautifully packaged ,, it was so good I bought 1 then a week later another I am so impressed by this service ,,and my daughter and her fiancé who are not easily impressed really were and quite fascinated ,, so I’m even happier

Pros: The certificate and small crystal star came in a nice presented box.

Cons: for £68 it was very expensive for what you get so not very good value for money, so based on that I wouldn’t buy again in the future.

The layout of the website how easy it was to find the real deal and the choices of what you can chose are exceptional. Fast delivery for Christmas which was fantastic and came in really nice boxes in the colour of night sky which I thought was really smart as you are buying a star you wanna feel special and see something different. Updated emails from the team to see if you are happy and if you need a hand to set things up to find your star thanks guys and because of you my friends and family’s names shine bright in the night sky

Lovely personal gift, quick deliver.

Great company and really quick delivery.
Super pleased with my purchase

Kept well-informed on delivery status, arrived quickly. Very stylish and good quality presentation. Excellent information on the details and how to view and locate your star. An all-round excellent value gift and although not given to the recipient yet I am confident they will love and treasure this gift.

Fast, efficient service and very nice presentation box

Really easy to use website, great customer service, as I made a mistake and they corrected this for me before sending out, which was amazing and I was so grateful as this is a very special gift for a loved one. Arrived within a few days and was packaged very well in a blue keepsake box. This is a gift for Christmas but also for life and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Purchased a star as a lasting memorial to my Mum who sadly passed away a few weeks ago. I love the certificate with our chosen wording on. Nicely presented in a box. We will look for it in the sky on a clear night. Would recommend.

Very quick delivery and professional-looking product - I'm sure my grandchildren will be delighted!

Order went through with no problems and was delivered 2 days later.

My husband has terminal cancer and he has bought me a telescope to look up at the stars so I thought it would be lovely to have one named after him
