purchased the Ford ETIS manual, but unfortunately the archive appears to be corrupted. All six RAR parts were downloaded completely, placed in the same folder, and extracted correctly from the first archive using the provided password. However, WinRAR reports a corrupted file header (Etis.vmdk), making the virtual machine impossible to extract.

I also tested with another archive utility to rule out a software issue. The problem remains the same.

This has been very frustrating, especially after dealing with download limits and having to contact support just to reset the download counter.

I hope the company provides a working archive or an alternative download, but based on my experience I cannot recommend this service.

As others have noted, issue with the files which appear to be incomplete and corrupt.

Avoid

A couple of days ago i bought a workshop manual from the site. After downloading the 3 items provided i realized i needed other 3 parts and the password to unzip them. I then sent a mail to customer care and they provided me, within 1 day, a link with all the parts, the password and a guide.
The guide is legit.
In my case (Ford manual) i downloaded winrar to to unzip (because winzip won't work) and VMware to start a virtual machine to use the downloaded software (the guide itself).

Ordered a specific manual on 3/3/26 for my Mercedes W176 A250 Sport to use on my Mac - received a windows ‘.7z’ file - needless to say it won’t work. Borrowed a friend’s PC to try and use it to do the job I desperately needed it for - wouldn’t unzip as the files were corrupted!

Attempted contact through the website app - no response, tried to contact via email - again no response.

Extremely irritating and disappointing waste of money - be warned.

Got few difficulties in the beginning but the staff solved all problems and i got all accesses.

Purchased the "Peugeot E-208 Workshop Service Repair Manual 2020-2021 PDF" from workshopmanuals._dot_com
As you see, the pdf-file name is in English and of course with an English name and not mentioning anything else I assumed I would get a pdf-file in English.
Good: Got a download link and it worked. I have the manuals.
Bad: It is in Italian. Nothing, 0% is in English.

Absolute Scam….
Don’t waste your money
Sends an email with download link but the files are corrupt. No support whatsoever. The website states 24hour email support this is false!
