I have paid $600.00 on February 4th or 5th , 2026 and today is April 22, 2026. I haven't received my book yet. I was told by Nick Caya that it would be done today. He keeps telling me that I have not approved of certain aspects of the book when I have done exactly as I have been asked. I feel that this is a scam. I am not sure that they were ever going to complete my book. I am so disappointed. I trusted them. I would not recommend them at all.

Cost-effective. I will definitely use this company again.

They put me out of my misery. I tried prior publishers that gave me a headache. Word 2 Kindle got my vision, was expeditious, and did not play games. Thanks

I have used Word 2 Kindle for two books and in each case they produced a quality product. They fix and correct any errors or mistakes. It’s important to review a draft and submit any changes before your mss. is published. Gem, my project manager lives up to her name.

I have used Word 2 Kindle three times now. I found them helpful and friendly. I was more than happy with the formatting that they did for me. Will happily ask them to help me again.

Terrible experience so far I sent my manuscript on my first book. I received it back I have a project manager named Wendy Reis kinda rude when I asked questions. I had to send my manuscript back twice for misspelled names a want some things removed Wendy Reis told me I needed to fix why am I paying for editing and proof reading for if I need to fix. I'm half way through my project with them but I was going to switch but I will just finish with them and move on. I don't recommend this company I'm writing another book I'll won't be using them anymore.

My experience with Word-2-Kindle was unfortunately very disappointing from start to finish.

I approached them with a fully designed 361-page manuscript and very clear instructions:
I wanted it formatted for KDP without altering my layout, spacing, fonts, or image placement ,only the technical adjustments needed for Amazon compliance.

Despite this, the formatting team repeatedly changed elements I specifically said not to touch. This included:
• font sizes
• margins
• spacing
• image placement
• image proportions
• table of contents style
• heading hierarchy
• and even reducing the total page count dramatically

I had to send email after email correcting changes I never asked for. Several samples came back with obvious mistakes, some worse than the sample before it.
This dragged the project out far longer than it ever should have.

Although the team kept insisting they were following my instructions, the samples repeatedly proved otherwise. I felt like I had to inspect every page with a microscope just to ensure nothing new had been altered.

Near the end, I received a version that was finally close to what I asked for, but only after a long and exhausting process that should never have required that much back-and-forth.

Word-2-Kindle may work fine for very simple projects, but if you have a detailed manuscript, care about design accuracy, or need strict adherence to your instructions, I strongly recommend choosing another service.

I will not be using them again.

My experience with W2K was mixed. It is reasonably priced. And the responses are very punctual. If I ask for something very straightforward, things went smoothly. But if anything needed to explanation or if I had a question, things got bogged down. My project could’ve been completed in four weeks but instead it took four months. The price doubled because I had to pay for things multiple times. A simple phone call would have saved weeks and money several times. The service cannot seem to distinguish between a first time, author like me, and an experienced author who understands the whole process. I honestly believe that the agent serving me may be an AI Chatbot instead of a real human. I would be OK with that if they offered the opportunity to talk to a real human when things are off track.

I used this company 3 times before and was satisfied but this year is was a real nightmare. I asked them to convert my 369 pages manuscript into a ebook. The book was already published in paperback on Amazon.
They were a lot of figures, photos and references.
On the first correction, I noticed 1) the author's name had been erased on the first page
2) texts were missing, entire sentences, not one time but 10 times!
3) the figures and photos were blurry, not as sharp as in the manuscript. The conversion from word to epub was not good.
I returned it right away for correction.
After 10 days I received the 2nd correction. The author's name was back on the first page but no sign of the missing sentences.
It took them one full month to correct their mistakes. Apparently the person who took care of our manuscript didn't know much about the job ! They never apologize for the time it took to correct their mistakes or for their lousy work.
My advice try your best to find another company to work with.

What an excellent company! They did everything I had difficulty with, solved all my problems, and produced work of the highest conceivable quality, which was instantly accepted by Amazon. Excellent communication, speedy delivery, and all their promises fulfilled. Above and beyond. No one could be better in my opinion.

I received my manuscript back and just to be certain I put the entire thing into a word doc to check on the grammar and errors… it was baffling to see how much was missed. I am not sure if these are kids from high school editing or what. I had to edit the entire thing myself plus hire a new person. It seems like if you do not need editing AT ALL and your material is ready for submission then this seems like the place for that. As far as communication, there is no phone number and a problem that could be ironed out in a minute takes days for understanding via email. I have emailed Nick numerous times with my concerns who claims he would “always be there” and I have not had one reply to an email from him. He was very responsive during the set up process, conveniently. This process is VERY frustrating with this company. I just do not understand being in 2025 and having no phone for customer service or anything. Best of luck to you if you use them.

This is the second book that I've published with Word2Kindle, and I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. Competitively priced and incredibly competent, and the finished product was precisely what I'd hoped it would be. I highly recommend W2K to anybody shopping for a legitimate self-publisher.

I have just completed my eleventh book with Word 2 Kindle ( note: Books are mainly geared towards children and under 10,000 words) . I am more than pleased- I am “over the moon” with my own personal experience with Word 2 Kindle. I was assigned to Meg Dalton as my project manager who was excellent at communicating with me about the process and very patient with my numerous questions. I am planning a twelfth book and am so happy to know that am I a valued customer!

Word 2 kindle helped me with a problem I had with book formatting after my book was revised so that it was acceptable to Amazon. They were very helpful and the completed work was excellent. Vanessa the project manager always kept me informed. I would use word 2 kindle again. Brilliant service.

They helped a novice like me to navigate the publication of my book. They were always prompt at answering emails with any questions I had.
