Account Bans and Poor Support for Long-Time Users
As a long-time Woozworld player, I am extremely disappointed by how I’ve been treated. I have contacted their support team since November 2024 and they have no solved my complaints with concerns over the way my user accounts in the game is being ignored and solved. Multiple of my accounts were wrongfully banned or restricted without explanation or investigation. One of them had its email changed by a hacker, and I lost access completely.
When I tried reaching out to support, I was told I can only recover one account at a time, even though I reported multiple compromised accounts. They asked for purchase receipts or answers to security questions from years ago, some of which I don’t remember. I offered other verifiable info, but it was ignored or dismissed.
Woozworld seems to only care about billing-related complaints and ignores user safety, data security, and account protection issues. They provide no proper appeal process, no transparency, and show little empathy for players, especially those dealing with chargebacks caused by unauthorized family purchases.
I feel scammed and silenced, and it’s clear that Woozworld needs better support policies and consumer accountability. Until then I do not recommend this platform to anyone who values fairness, support, or data security.
