I found this company excellent. I was kept fully informed of the progress of my order even though it was a very small one for just one knitting pattern which arrived within a couple of days. I was thanked for my custom and made to feel as if I really mattered. I will definitely look to order from them again.

Excellent customer service and very quick delivery.

Packed with goodies -- this little shop really has more than just wool --and the advice is free .I needed help choosing a yarn for a blanket and decided on the WEST YORKS SPINNERS RETREAT and this turned out to be a far better choice than my original one .The yarn is superb to handle and Vickie suggested a WAVES crochet hook as being easy on my hands using such a bulky yarn . and the new hook is brilliant .Thanks to Vickie for the help --and for having such a wide choice of yarns to chooses from

Love this shop.
i buy my wool online and have never been disappointed.

So happy I stumbled upon this little shop online! My order came beautifully packaged and in record speed, much faster than some of the large wool shops on the internet. I will be back to shop here again for all my yarn needs as it's always lovely to support a small business, only wish I could visit the shop in person!

I love this shop. Whenever I'm over staying with my sister, we always go to the knit and natter group they have. Such a friendly group of people. Vicky, the owner, goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and will help you with your purchases. I really do love this place xxxx

Having only recently been introduced to Wool n Stuff’s shop by some friends. I have to say it might have been my first visit, but it certainly won’t be my last. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
There is a wonderful selection of wool, patterns and other items to choose from.
I look forward to my next visit, either at their existing shop or their new one, which sounds like it will be fabulous.
