One to Avoid.
One to Avoid.
This shop may be good for online buying, but we went in today and bought some wool.
The person serving was so off hand and negative with all his answers an unpleasant experience.
We all have off days but if you are serving customers you leave your problems at home!

Perfect, thoughtful service
Had to order an extra ball as had slightly underestimated (as usual!). It arrived promptly, beautifully presented in a little drawstring bag and - even better - was the same dye lot as the first order. Well done and thank you!
