Bought the table at Hampton court show and was told it should be delivered in next couple days and be emailed with the details and the delivery team would assemble the table. Had to chase to find out when deliver, which was 3 weeks later. The table was delivered later the booking time slot and i had to assemble the table. Table looks good

Love my new dining room chairs well worth the money

Wish I had read the reviews on here.
We ordered early April and were told 6-8 weeks delivery. Bulk of delivery came after about 12 weeks. Wrong colour chairs delivered, company did agree to change, though delivery is such a nightmare we decided to keep the ones we had.. Took over 5 months to get our order in full. This in itself wasn't an issue, the problem was lack of communication from company once they have your money.
I rang approx 20 times and sent numerous emails. No response. Nice products but would not order from this company again.

great product, after sales service is a little poor compared to what we are used to in this modern age, order placed 2 weeks before they made contact with me, that was after i chased for a delivery date,

part of the table was missing a note was made on the delivery sheet parts missing, i guess i will have to wait another 2 weeks to hear from the company to contact me about the missing parts,

Beautiful table, just what I had been searching for! Solid wood with easy extending mechanism. Everyone was a delight to deal with from the purchase to the delivery

Found a dining table while at the Ideal Home Show, salesman very helpful so also ordered sideboard. Was promised delivery for August and true to there word it is happening. We added another piece to our order which the company honoured the show price. Would recommend this company to anyone who were looking for a piece of oak furniture

Fantastic experience with Vas from start to finish - really took time to understand what we wanted, showed us various options with no hard sell, great price and prompt / efficient delivery set up of our new dining table. And we’re delighted with the table itself … exactly what we were looking for

Ordered 6 chairs on June 30 at a show at Sandown Park with delivery in 3 weeks but 2 months later no chairs! Almost impossible to get through to them on the phone and when I have was told items in stock and you will get a delivery date by a return call but nothing transpires and no reply to 2 messages asking to clear up the confusion. I have told Barclaycard to put a stop on the payment and now doubt what may be delivered despite the plaudits from others.

Delivery on time and very happy with new table BUT chair seats damaged, unwanted random floor protective 'buttons' on one leg of 2 chairs, sign of knocks and wear to chair legs.
Emails and written letter, with photos of damage have been ignored. Unhappy with poor communication and complete lack of aftercare for substandard purchase.

They were running late but they went over and beyond keeping me informed and when they arrived they set the table and chairs up outside in the dark!

I had a query with the size of my purchase and the company were excellent. Phoned me back a number of times to make sure I was happy.

We bought a garden furniture set from them at the RHS Tatton Park.
Vas is very friendly and helpful.
The furniture is lovely and practical, no need to cover up in the rain and dries so quickly.
Good communication and delivered in just over a week

Very efficient deliveries. The items were very heavy but they still got them in with no damage and were extremely helpful. Thank you very much to both teams!

Terrible company, do not communicate, break promises and fail to deliver goods.
Bought and paid in advance a table and chairs. It was promised by the end of June 3 weeks after purchase.
Eventually after several attempts to phone and email eventually told it would be delivered on 31st July.
They do not answer the phone or call you despite leaving them messages to do so. Can not be bothered to call back.
On the 31st the driver phoned an hour after the arranged delivery slot to say he had failed to load the table top but had the legs and 6 chairs however not the chairs we ordered. I told him to take the lot back until the order could properly fulfilled.
He asked me to phone the office to rebook delivery for the following week. However yet again they do not answer or call you back despite leaving messages.
I emailed only when they eventually replied I was told delivery would not be for 3 weeks.
I have contacted the bank and cancelled the order today I received this feedback form asking how they had done.
Shockingly bad I would say, terrible company, complete incompetence, have cost us time money and distress. Had to cancel arrangements as could not seat guests.
I only gave 1 star as this is the lowest you can put on this site otherwise it would be ZERO.
Still have not had the goods or a date and no communication.
I would not recommend these people and would advise anyone to stay well clear
