Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. I ordered a garden set at the beginning of May and never received it. They sent 1 of 2 packages of the wrong item and haven't picked up the incorrect item or refunded me the money back. I ordered it through TikTok shop and to date im still waiting for a full refund. Con-artist, dont trust.
They couldn't even be bothered to turn…
They couldn't even be bothered to turn up for the booked demo. I can't trust them to turn up when I need support and it matters, so won't be rebooking it.
Super intuitive interface
Super intuitive interface. GREAT, and I mean it--stats export and lead management.
Linkedin integration is also okay.
Lack of useful warm-up and somewhat spammy email/chat sign-up notifications.
Very expense for what it is
Very expense for what it is. Lot of technical issues. Helpdesk not correct, and not nice. No refunds. Stay away
Using with MCP integration
I connected my AI chatbot with Woodpecker using their MCP integration. It's pretty amazing how I can create campaigns just by chatting.
Avoid Woodpecker AI Buyer Beware
Avoid Woodpecker AI. Bad service, bad setup, no refunds.
Genuinely one of the worst user experiences I’ve had with a SaaS tool.
The interface is confusing, badly laid out, and anything but intuitive. Simple actions feel unnecessarily complicated, and it’s very easy to end up paying for things you didn’t clearly intend to buy. The setup process is poorly explained, with key costs buried behind multiple confirmations and vague wording.
Customer support is defensive rather than helpful. Instead of trying to resolve issues, they lean heavily on “you clicked accept” and point you to terms and conditions. No flexibility, no common sense, and absolutely no refund policy, even when the service clearly hasn’t been used as expected.
This feels like a platform designed to trap users into charges rather than support them properly. If you’re trialling the product, be extremely careful. Better yet, don’t bother.
Buyer beware. There are far better, clearer, and more ethical alternatives out there.

I'm working in B2B lead agency and thanks to woodpecker, when i'm busy with different responsibilities, their solution is working for me and generates leads.
They have developed a great solution…
They have developed a great solution for automating B2B cold e-mails. They have a lot of build solution like bouncer, warm-ups and linkedin automation tool.
I used this solution at my B2B lead generation agency.
⭐ 1-Star Review — Business Owner Beware: Dishonest Warm-Up Practices + Dismissive Support
I'm a small business owner who trusted Woodpecker to help with cold email outreach. What I experienced instead was deceptive product behavior, reputational risk to my business, and dismissive customer support.
Woodpecker enables a “warm-up” feature through a third-party service (Mailivery) that automatically sends bizarre, off-brand emails from your real business email address—and then replies to those emails using your signature or company name, without your knowledge or approval. These messages do not resemble anything you’d actually send and could easily be mistaken as evidence your inbox has been hacked.
Nowhere during onboarding is this clearly explained. The Help Center only references it vaguely, and there’s no informed opt-in. I only discovered it after my team raised red flags, thinking our email accounts had been compromised.
When I contacted support, I was met with rude, dismissive responses and told no one could escalate my concerns. Even after I finally reached someone higher up, I was told that I “just didn’t understand how spam filters work,” and that other customers hadn’t complained — as if that made my concerns invalid.
This isn't about misunderstanding how warm-up works — I’ve used other tools before. It’s about transparency, consent, and trust. Woodpecker failed on all three.
If you care about your domain reputation, your brand voice, or your client relationships — look elsewhere. There are better tools out there that don’t gamble with your credibility.
This experience cost me time, stress, and trust. I would never recommend Woodpecker to another business owner.
Just an insane amount of spam from this…
Just an insane amount of spam from this company to my email after signing in. I got about 15 emails and have already tried to unsubscribe multiple times.
really bad customer service
really bad customer service. once they sold you, they never get on another call with you. Their customer service takes hours to respond even during normal working hours, so it can take up to 3-4 days to resolve one question.
you get flooded with bounces in their warmup.
their interface is easy and their documentation is good
They are cheating on customers
They are cheating on customers and keep charging your card even when you remove it. Stay away.
Woodpecker.co has some useful features…
Woodpecker.co has some useful features for cold email outreach, but my experience was hit-or-miss. I faced deliverability issues that impacted my campaigns, and the limited integrations didn’t help with workflow efficiency. Support was responsive, but for the price, I was hoping for more reliability and flexibility.
I recently switched to ReachInbox, and I’m seeing better deliverability rates and easier campaign management.
They keep charging after subscription…
They keep charging after subscription is cancelled.
Even after reaching out to customer support, they refuse, it seems to be their scheme. Stay away!
Many people having the same issue obviously.
Do not recommend it at all - extra pay
Do not recommend it at all.
Frist - you cant just stop subsription if you dont use it without losing history. You can delete account or pause it and pay fee anyway.
Second, even worst: I deleted account in February and somehow deleting was cancelled. Woodpecker said it was me who did it, but I didnt log in sisnce deleting. Had to pay extra mount for not using it.
March - the same situation. I deleted account and again somehow it was restored to paused so i have to pay once more.
Its ridiculous.
overcharged me and won't refund
I've been with them for nearly 2 years and then they charged me over $300 for a service I was paying $59 for each month, they refused to refund so now in the hands of Paypal to retrieve my money, they are unscrupulous thieves so avoid at all costs.
Keep charging after explicit cancellations
Horrible platform that the minute you attach your card - they make it almost impossible for you to leave with extremely difficult downgrading plans, needing to delete and reset certain filters to stop the subscription. I asked them to stop subscription, cancel my plan, I removed my card and yet they still billed me and my card got charged 2 MONTHS after I verbally said stop.
I have screenshots of my account and email exchanges for proof.
Used to be the best, but still pretty good.
Overall a great platform that I have used on and off for over 5 years.
They recently updated their billing structure and they now have a hard limit on the number of prospects it can store & contact.
While I still recommend WoodPecker, this recent change has meant that other platforms such as Snov are now likely a better solution when you consider price point & features.
Very Very Poor Service
Very Very Poor Service. On making a mistake every company on this planet issues a refund or does help in any form. I wanted to downgrade my package but having a very confusing system, it added more credit and deducted a big amount. On seeking help I was told there is nothing they can do about it. I no longer have trust in woodpecker, especially other services provide the same or more jobs for 1/4 of the price.
