Bought a study table for work from home setup is functional and the quality feel durable

Extremely pathetic delivery and support staff. They lie and give you false delivery date. I ordered a dressing table on 29th may with delivery date commitment of 4th June. Then they share product is damaged and committed a delivery date of 12th June... There was automated call for past 3 days that delivery is next day... The customer support staff won't pick your call.

And now when I talk to central customer care staff. They told the product is not even dispatched from their warehouse.

We order for dining table and chairs , wood quality is good staff also explain for every thing polite staff good collections and goo ambience

We have ordered a 3 seater wooden sofa from wooden street .in the store the finish is different because of that store lights some thing .we had called to store team about this concern.they has helped us they raised a ticket .and we asked them for lighter finish .so they suggested teak finish and they changed our sofa finish to teak ..good customer support...

The dining set looks beautiful, but one chair had a minor finish issue. Customer support responded quickly and helped resolve it. Overall, a decent experience.

The furniture quality is good, but the delivery timeline was slightly longer than promised. The final product was worth the wait, though

Wooden Street continues to impress with its quality and designs. My latest bed purchase was another great experience, from ordering to installation.

Great quality, amazing design and good service. The product was delivered on time, best furniture brand in India. Going to buy more.

First of all, I received defective order. Then they restricted me to buy a specific product against the defective.
New product wt is very very low light, wooden has no weight. You can move any sofa easily with a very small push , even with a single hand . Seems They have used low quality wooden .

Will not suggest to buy from them. Pls go to the market, search for the furniture vendor, chose quality product which we ready.

Extreme Pathetic logistics
Delayed my delivery by a week

Ordered a bench and coffee table . They took One and half month to deliver the products ,coffee table was not installed and bench was of a diff colour than ordered . When asked about coffee table installation to customer support, they said it is DIY without providing any screwdriver or tools with a bag full of wood pieces to join together. DIY was not mentioned clearly while I placed order. And nothing has been done to change my bench colour . Now the customer support asked for 200 rs more as advance payment for table installation. And they won't even take back any of the products.. seems like a company ripping off customers ...not trustable at all . Avoid purchase from this brand at all.. local vendors are better than them

Delivery was very disappointing. The promised delivery date was not met, and the order has been delayed without a clear explanation. Customer service has been unable to provide a definite delivery timeline, which adds to the frustration. Additionally, management has not responded to emails, making it difficult to get any accountability or resolution. Overall, the experience has been unreliable and poorly managed.

I ordered from their store, and they told me that I will get the items in 2 weeks time. But after the order, they just stopped responding, not sharing an exact date for the order delivery. When I complained, they assigned a ticket number, but have not resolved and keep repeating the same "we will get back" reply.
This is the worst place to buy furniture, even when compared to other online portals for furniture shopping.

WoodenStreet return policy is unacceptable. If you ordered somwthing that you do not need won‘t be taken back even if it is untouched. That is very bad customer service. Leaving us to the conculusion not to order ar this company anymore.

Absolutely horrible customer service, bad quality of product and they do not keep any promises. DO NOT ORDER, you will be disappointed!!!

Really bad costumer service asking extra 6k for delivery when web site say free delivery and not pickup call or replying to mails and message. Really bad experience. I never had this bad experience with any company till date. Fraud Company. I will file a police complaint for fraudulent activity.

I am extremely disappointed with Wooden Street. I purchased an Everett Right Aligned Convertible SofaBed, which was delivered with clear structural and quality defects.

From day one, the issues were obvious:
• The sofa is misaligned
• There is a visible gap where the back meets the base, exposing the wooden frame
• The pull-out bed section has uneven gaps
• The middle portion is poorly cushioned, making it uncomfortable and unfit for use

These issues were acknowledged at delivery. The delivery team recorded videos and promised a fix within 36 hours — which never happened.

A technician later visited (sent by Wooden Street) and confirmed that the product is defective. He took videos and said he would escalate internally. Since then, there has been complete silence.

Instead of resolving the issue, Wooden Street sent an email claiming the product meets their “standard quality” and declared the matter closed — without fixing anything. This is misleading and unacceptable.

Even more concerning, the technician himself complained about Wooden Street’s internal policies and how difficult it is for employees and customers to get genuine issues resolved.

This has been a frustrating and exhausting experience. Poor product quality, broken commitments, and zero accountability. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Wooden Street, especially if you expect decent after-sales support.
