I was not happy wirh the product ans asked to return it. No problem just send it to out fulfillment center in the UKRAINE. I am sure it would costs more than the $45 I spent on that sir bag to send to a war zone and the refund is contingent on it arriving in the Ukraine

I am really annoyed that the shipment…

I am really annoyed that the shipment is from China which is not mentioned on the website. The shipment takes forever and there was no delivery date provided while submitting an order. it’s likely not be here before our travel 😞 I purchased their travel pillows for 14hrs flight and will end up with no pillows. Also spent £70 and won’t get a refund as we are away for a duration of return period. Super frustrated!

If you travel you must pass by!

If you're someone who travel frequently, these guys have really good products, In the past 6 months I have aquired a few things that for me is very important when I'm planning a trip! Travel Bags are really good, Travel Pillow if you have neck problem, Carry On Luggage which are very resistant and some Compression Travel Socks for having a relax time without shoes ;)

Great customer service and a great product

Wanted to avoid Amazon but...

Wishing to avoid Amazon, I opted for a smaller US company. Unfortunately, I did not examine the details carefully enough (it's just an import company bringing product in from China). Even worse, they use a delivery service that lacks good tracking information and the product arrived 3 days after delivery window. The 5-10 day delivery frame (for Express!) was 2 weeks, during which the package sat for 6 days with no updates. The delivery label shows it came from only 45 minutes away after making it through customs (at least 9 days before it arrived at our door). The company's customer support was not helpful and a bit flippant. The product is similar to what we received quickly from Amazon, within the timeframe we needed. Don't know who's been had - me for purchasing from Woodencrew or Woodencrew for using a bad delivery service. Either way, just get your product from a company that knows how to deliver.

I wanted to reply personally because it genuinely hurts to read a review like this. I have poured all my energy and resources into building this company, so hearing that you feel let down is tough for me.

To address your concerns directly: We are indeed a registered US company and trademark, but we utilize multiple warehouses to facilitate worldwide shipping. Regarding the platform choice—I used to sell on Amazon, but their aggressive fees and policies force many sellers to compromise on product quality to stay afloat. I chose to leave that platform specifically so I could invest in better materials. I produce the highest quality gear possible, and my friends and I personally test every product during our own travels to ensure they work perfectly.

Regarding the shipping: our timeframe is 5-10 business days (which can fall into the 2-week range), though packages usually arrive in about a week. We always pay for the fastest available shipping lines, but unfortunately, we cannot control tracking update delays once the package is with the carrier.

I definitely don't want you to feel "had." I stand by my product, but I also want you to be happy with the service. Please email us at support@woodencrew.store—I am ready to offer you compensation or resolve this in whatever way works best for you.

Item not as expected

Item not as expected. Too tight and too high to fit. When requested returns I was put off by returning it to either China or Ukraine with no guarantee that it would arrive for a refund. Received email saying “ If you’d like to try the smaller version, we can offer it to you with a 65% discount, so you can select the option that suits you best.

You’re also welcome to keep the larger pillow as a Christmas gift for someone — many customers do this, and it becomes a very thoughtful and practical present. With the 65% discount on a new pillow, this option becomes a very cost-effective solution for you.”
Not impressed and won’t recommend or use this company again!

1. Product description and fit
Our neck pillow is exactly the same as shown on our website and in our advertising videos. That said, comfort is always individual, and we understand that one size may not suit everyone. This is why we offered you the smaller version (for smaller necks / kids) with a 65% discount on top of the existing 50%, which makes this option unprofitable for us, but our priority was to help you find a version that works for you and leave you satisfied.

2. Returns and compensation
Our return policy is clearly stated and publicly available on our website. We understand that returning items internationally is not always convenient, which is exactly why we tried to offer alternative solutions instead of forcing a return. We also offered partial compensation, again making this sale unprofitable for us, purely to reduce your inconvenience and resolve the situation fairly.

These solutions were offered in good faith, not to put you off, but to find a reasonable outcome without additional risk or hassle for you.

I’m truly sorry that this still didn’t meet your expectations. If you’d like to reconsider one of the proposed solutions or discuss this further, I’m still open to helping within our policy.

Great customer service

I ordered the flight cushion and had trouble tracking the parcel. Wooden Crew responded to my email and reassured me that my parcel was in transit and gave me updates on the delivery date. Having had issues with other companies and goods not arriving it was reassuring to have good customer service from Wooden Crew
