Goods never arrived. over 5 weeks in transit. Company got me chasing it through the delivery company and it is stuck in Belgium. Avoid at all costs. Won't respond to mails now and not considering a refund.

I purchased a diffuser online as I'm based in the UK. Some 6 weeks later it's still showing as sat in a port in China. I had no idea I was buying direct from China. Likewise there's no information on their website to indicate delays in delivery etc saying international orders will be satisfied within 14 days. I applied for a refund and got repeated cut and paste emails. I eventually got $7 back from them, with them saying they can't refund cancelled orders. A very poor customer service, never mind the never arriving goods!! Looking at other reviews, the chance of a full refund are negligible! Avoid and get a plug in instead

I bought a humidifier about 3 months ago, use it every night and it definitely helps me sleep. I'm based in the US so got it in just 3 days. I'm trying out some essential oils now but are not too experienced yet.

It's horrible. I didn't even receive my order and later on, I found out that on the other websites people are selling it for 13.99 dollars and so on. Every review I have read so far is bad and I truly wouldn't recommend it.

They only have a 30 day return policy!! 30 days!! Mine stopped working and they would not help me. Not worth the money.

Mine stopped working after 3 uses and it was an absolute nightmare trying to get a refund! Had to go through PayPal after numerous emails and having to send photos and videos of the thing not working ! Overpriced and very poor quality !

I have purchased two wonderdream diffusers off you in the last 6 months, and at first I loved them. I always look after them and clean them out before adding fresh water and a few drops of essential oils. And I turn them off either before going to bed or going out to be on the safe side. However, this morning I went to refill my diffuser and shocked to discover that as I picked it up from my table, it was slightly stuck to the table, I carefully managed to lift it off only to be faced with the horror that the bottom of the diffuser had melted and the bottom of it came away, also this has caused damage to my recently purchased drawers (in July for my birthday this year) that my mother bought as a gift costing £170.00. The diffuser has pulled away some of the surface of my drawers of which I've took a picture of and sent in this email. This should never of happened. The diffuser was placed on top the drawers which is no where near any fire or radiators. This diffuser has somehow melted at the bottom and not only have I had to throw it away, im now left with damaged drawers which as you'll see in the pictures I send in this email cant really be mended due to the pattern of it. Least to say that I am very unhappy about this happening and im leaving this matter in your hands to hopefully come to some sort of resolution to resolve this matter as I am not going to let this matter go. Especially because it has ruined my brand new drawers.

this company is extremely deceitful: they brag that they're featured in Vogue, Forbes, Business Insider, etc. -- right on their homepage. complete bogus. What's more, Walmart sells this exact product (called matoen Portable Mini Humidifier 300ml Cool Mist Humidifier with Night Light) for $13.99! These guys market it at $29.99 (but claim the original value is $69.99).
i brought this to their attention via facebook, and they've since adjusted the logo on their product to make theirs seem more unique. if you do a little digging, you'll find that they're trying to cover up how they're simply re-branding someone else's product.
